I liked the machine; it was a pain to assemble after using it. It took awhile, then it became easier. VERY easy to clean. My only reason for returning it was, I was getting more of a thick nectar. This was when I was NOT even using the nectar strainer attachment. I did not bother to call customer service, because from reading the reviews, including Better business bureau, the customer service is horrific. I got info from Chat GPT.
