I have 5 dogs that live in my house. We get muddy foot prints and other messes that need cleaning up all the time. The Cross Wave makes the work more efficient and it’s easy to use. Washes up a lot of dirt.

We really like this, would have given 5 stars but it seems to hold odor even being cleaned after use. You definitely need to vacuum or sleep before you use it it's not great at picking up pet hair. But we use it just about every day works good on small spills kids make just cleaning in general.

We have owned a Bissell steam cleaner for our carpeting and area rugs for many years now and with two dogs you just can't go wrong. We wanted something for our tiled area and the Bissell Cordless CrossWave was our next purchase. We love it! Cleans like a charm, it also picks up debris tracked in by shoes all in the same step! Does as advertised, would like to see a stiffer brush however for quicker floor cleaning. You'll need to clean out the vacuum hose occasionally

I love that the vacuum is cordless and keep a pretty good battery life I have a pretty big main floor to clean. It does well with handling my dogs long hair. I will say I am returning this items because I was disappointed it doesn’t steam mop and if you have lighter colored flooring it leaves dirty mop residue/ puddles on your floors. It doesn’t dry the floors so it will be wet after using mop feature which if you have kids and dogs it can be frustrating. For the price of this vacuum/ mop I’m honestly disappointed my $25 swifter works better at cleaning the floors. ... show more
