  • Battery is great
Color: Grey
Thing is amazing, it’s fun, reliable, and affordable. I use this to travel to the store and gym on a daily basis and its battery lasts so long.hasn’t been close to dying on me at all and I highly recommend getting this. I’m 6’4 and weigh 248 lbs.

  • Excellent scooter, but heavier and faster than I expected!
UPDATE 2 (5 STARS): the customer support reached out and made things right by sending spare parts and repair instructions. They deserve 5 stars for their service quality. UPDATE 1 (2 STARS): after just one month of ownership, I am bumping this scooter way down in rating. After the very first ride, the right-side indicator LED on the handbar has gone dim (see photos). I am also finding the range of the scooter to be about half of the advertised range at ~10 miles, which is disappointing. I weigh about 190lbs and ride on mostly flat roads, so that's disappointing to me. I have tried to contact the manufacturer and if they do not respond, then I will initiate a return. ORIGINAL REVIEW (5 STARS): I got this scooter to make my commute more bearable and I think this one will do just fine. The scooter feels solid and well-built, granted I have only had it for a few hours. The assembly is simple, though be careful pulling it out of the box it comes in because you could accidentally damage the break wire. The lights are very bright, especially the turn indicators, which will be good for safety. I weighed the scooter and it measured 29.9lbs for me, which is a little higher than advertised but it's acceptable to me. I will say this: turns out 30lbs is quite heavy! I'm 5'8" 190lbs and reasonably in shape, even so I was surprised at how heavy this thing was. I can get it up the stairs relatively easily, but it's by no means "light". Now I'm really glad I didn't go for a heavier scooter! There are four drive modes. In ECO, it'll do 10MPH. In D, it will do 15MPH. In S mode, I managed to hit 18MPH though only momentarily before dropping back to 17MPH. This was another surprise for me. 18MPH was WAY faster than I thought! Again, it made me very glad I didn't dish out more money for a faster scooter because 18MPH feels scary enough! Over all, I highly recommend this scooter for a commuter. I haven't tested the range just yet, but so far it seems to live up to the marketing claims so I'm happy! Let's hope it lasts! ... show more

  • Fun and good safety features
I bought 2 scooters so both of my kids have one to ride. The scooter is a lot of fun! I'm about 200 lbs and generally keep to speed with the kids (except on hills). The scootwrs seem nicer then comparible scooters from other brands my kids friends have. I like that it has a headlight, tail light and blinkers. They don't usually ride in the dark, but it has happened a few times coming home from a friend's house. These features work well and do keep them safer. I had to contact customer service recently for a small issue. They have been very helpful on resolving my issue. I would recommend this scooter. ... show more

  • Jurys out on this one - all reviews are: "Amazon Vine Customer Review of Free Product"
I just purchased and received this product, so far it appears to be of good quality and function, what bothers me is I just noticed really good reviews but all from "Amazon Vine Customer Review of Free Product" input. Seems odd no one else has reviewed this product, biased review? For this reason I am only able to give a 3 star rating, time will tell if I upgrade this and I'll update here if I keep this scooter or not. Update after 10 days - not much power on hills down to 4 mph, May have to return this for one more powerful. Update - A month later my daughter uses it at school and switched into the “D” setting and "S" for strong? It does much better on hills and she’s happy with it, for the price seems like a good buy. Update Feb. 2025 - scooter was locked by the app and now won’t unlock, found if your phone loses binding after you lock it you can't unlock it, stopped using the lock option as to not get stuck somewhere until a workaround is found. Worked with customer support and they gave several options around this, apologized as well as sent us a front bike carrying case worth $25 for our trouble so that was nice. ... show more

  • so many issues
This thing sucks. I was told not to buy an off brand scooter since they aren't very reliable, but since i am a college student I only need it to commute around campus, and the fact that I don't use it everday, I thought it would be fine to get an off brand since I won't heavily rely on it. Completely regret this decision. The 2nd day of using this scooter, it was slightly drizzling, and not even 5 minutes into the scooter ride the scooter started showing it was overheating. I have no clue why it was overheating. Second, this scooter is advertised as going up to 19 mph. I never ever reached that speed even going downhill. Maybe if I was above the 265 weight limit it wouldn't go that fast, but nope, even after being extremely under it, I still couldn't reach 19 mph even going downhill. My college campus has many hills, and whenever I try to go uphill, even if it's slightly a little uphill, my scooter slows down and at one point goes around 2-3 mph where I have to manually kickback for it to speed up. Even after using this only a few days for a few minutes, it shows so many issues, if you plan on getting this for everyday usage for long periods of time, I would EXTREMELY recommend getting something else. ... show more

  • It's strong, durable and smooth to ride. Battery is great so far.
Got this today. Although I haven't used it for a long time yet I'm pretty impressed. I had one of those Unagi scooters, actually I've had two of them before so I'm only have those to compare this to. This is So much better to use than the unagi scooters. Everything about this scooter from the quality of it the durability the smoothness and your ride because they both have the fake wheels. It has more options and features including the app which my scooter didn't have. Cruise control is a nice feature too. And so far the battery seems to be so much better than unagi. A few miles and unagi was dying every time. Both of the ones that I had. I think it was the e500 or something like that. So this one is pretty cheap and price to quality of the scooter itself is very strong and terrible It's easy to use Rights nicely and I love it so far. We'll see if it stays that way. ... show more

  • Top of the line scooter in its class!
Way better price than competitor makes of the same or similar design. Great speed. 18mph is fact. For a heavy weight like me (200+ lbs) it certainly struggles to lug me up a moderately steep hill (20° or 30° incline), but on a flat surface or low hills, it has no problem getting up to 18mph. No issues uphill or downhill for my 80lb child. It holds plenty of charge to run all day unlike the prior one that would last a couple of hours. The brakes are fantastic and very responsive and I love the brake light. Very nice and bright headlight. Easy controls and the Bluetooth connectivity to the Ivanti app is a nice touch. Super happy with this purchase at almost a year in (bought November 2024). ... show more

  • Fun and quality scooter
Very fun scooter to ride. Has held up well for me and held its entire charge over a few months while it was stored for the winter. I’ve never seen a battery do that!
