After replacing flexible hoses almost yearly...have 4 of them in action around the house, i got tired of the cloth/rubber ones failing frequently. So, tried this one. To date, a year and a half (20 May 25), it is has been solid and no complaints. At 75 feet long, it isn't as light as the cloth versions, but neither is it a backbreaker like the pure rubber hoses. It coils easily and stores nicely on a hose hanger. Plenty of water pressure and 1000 times easier to handle, with or without water in it, than the old rubber equivalent. Since buying this one, a 25 foot flex-cloth hose failed and I replaced it with a 25 foot one of these.

This is the 3rd time buying this product in the 3 years I have owned my home. I'm still using the 1st one and now have every side of my home in West Texas set up on a timeg sprinkler for the year. These hoses do not get kinks in them and seem to last. I'm very happy with them and having a green yard.

This is the SECOND Bionic Steel hose that I have purchased, over time. And, it's not because the first one wore out. It's simply because the first one I ordered was 25' long, and I wanted even greater length. The hoses are well-made and sturdy. The ends are reinforced, and have good fittings. An adjustable spray nozzle is also included with each one, which you can either use or remove. But my favorite feature is how easy it is to coil the hose up when you're done using it. There is no kinking or "memory". It just coils up and stays put. I love it, and think you will, too.

Lightweight, no tangling or kinking, sturdy construction, responsive company (had one defective one early on and it was promptly replaced). We do drain and store them in a deck box over winter but they are one of the best investments we've made to our outdoor life.
