    • It's a work horse
The Bilitools Canister Steamer was a good decision for me. It is even hotter than the Shark Steam and Scrub, which is only good for floors. I have used this steamer on the tile and glass in the shower, my tile floors, sink and glass top stove, windows and glass doors. Everything came out exceptionally clean. It did not take off the hard water stains on the shower glass , but I don't think anything will. They are permanently stained now. But it did take off back mold. You do have to wait about 10 minutes before the canister pressure is up enough to use it. But after that, the pressure will come right back up quickly after you stop using it. I like that it has a pressure gauge so I can tell what it's doing. The handle will get a little hot so I will wear some gardening gloves if I feel too sensitive to it. It does come with lots of great attachments, even the rotating brush one. The floor steamer only comes with one cloth to go on the foot, so I wrap microfiber cloths on it when the one gets too dirty to use, and that does the trick. However, do not try to take them off while it's still hot, with your bare hands, because it will burn you. The distilled water runs out in about 40 minutes, depending on how much you use the trigger. You must shut it off and let it cool before you try to open the cap for a refill. But I think it's definitely worth the wait. I hope this tool lasts me a very long time, for I have a lot of uses for it. ... show more

This steam cleaner heats up within a few minutes and produces ample hot steam and decent pressure for home use. Worked extremely well to clean the grout of my tile floors and also worked well for other hard to reach/clean areas. The power cord is nice and long and allows for good coverage without having to change outlets. Unit is easy to maneuver and operate. Included attachments are handy for different cleaning scenarios. I bought this 5 months ago and it’s not working properly. I didn’t buy the warranty but it should still be working after only 5 months.

    • Good amount of steam but handle gets hot
Ample cord length, takes about 8mins to heat up, good amount of steam, if you use it for more than 15minutes the handle and hose got too hot for me and i had to use a pot holder to keep from burning my hand. if your hands are sensitive- you will need to wear gloves or a pot holder mitten to keep your hand safe. i like it overall. happy to get the black iron stains out of the bathroom faucet base. ... show more

    • Very short cleaning time
It has more temperature and pressure than other cleaners, but only for about 5 to 10 seconds. Gauge on the unit says 65 max, I believe it obtains a higher pressure than that, but after about 5 seconds the pressure drops off to just above 30 psi. Handle gets hot, spin brush is kind of cheesy and the bristles on the spinning part are shorter than the external bristles. Chord is very short, better get some high temperature grease to put on the attachment ends. I have already had an "o" ring come out the groove even with me putting lube on it. The mop head was a waste of material to make for this unit because it would take you hours to do your kitchen floor. I'm just not happy with it after 2 days of using it for about 5 or 6 hours a day on different applications. It did great on grout. It did great on a few pairs of shoes and boots. Did fairly well on some oil stains outside. It will probably clean anything that doesn't require more than a few seconds of steam time. It did horrible on shower floor, horrible on kitchen floor, average cleaning of outside windows. This is just experience. I'm not the refund type because I made a bad choice of product, so now I gotta start over trying to find what I'm looking for, this unit was not " the 1 " for me. *****update***** 9/29/2023 A couple days after my original review the unit died completely. Very upset I contacted the manufacturer. I wanted a refund plus after all the hell I went through. Surprisingly they agreed. Refunded my money and sent me a new unit. its obvious from the first time using the new unit that my original unit had been a lemon with electrical issues. Now i have to agree with another review that this machine is a beast. My house was built in 1954. Needless to say it is a fixer upper. This machine is taking off stains that i can only imagine are over 30 years old or better. My fiberglass sink outside that I wash tools and paintbrushes in was completely covered with anything from paint to never seize to #2 permatex. Im not gonna say it looks brand new now, but after taking this machine to it you dont mind using it to wash your hands anymore. Before my girlfriend refused to use it. I cant explain what caused the first unit to give me trouble, but even after all that i would recommend this steam cleaner to anyone. I can imagine Bilitools will only get better and better with quality control and eliminate the kind of problems I had. ***Top notch customer service by the way, no improvement needed in that area***** ... show more

Overall great steamer had one for over a year have a slight problem and got a replacement. Thanks to the customer service for their timely response and help. I definitely recommend this product.

    • Great tool for those random tough stains or tough jobs
Got this so I could tackle some tough decals on decade old golf cart, usual cleaner chemicals wouldnt break down the decals, but the steam power did help loosen up the decals and remove them with ease. There is a learning curve tho, the trigger is pretty much on or off, the trigger on steam gun/nozzle could be better. heads up it either goes from full power to barely a hiss of steam, which made it tough to be consistent during use. The cord is very long so that was helpful. I will update with pictures on an issue with pressure gauge, pressure gauge works, and instructions state to not let pressure go past a certain mark on gauge but the gauge had no markings matching the instructions. ... show more

    • Saves time and energy
After trying 3 different hand held steamers and hating them. I decided to give this one a chance. I wasn't to sure how easy it would be to clean in some smaller spaces with the canister tank, but surprisingly it isn't to bad. The water heats up quickly and it stays hot long enough for most jobs. I have 9 kids 3 dogs (2 are huge) and 4 cats. My house always needs to be cleaned and this saves me so much time and energy!
