The Bilitools Canister Steamer was a good decision for me. It is even hotter than the Shark Steam and Scrub, which is only good for floors. I have used this steamer on the tile and glass in the shower, my tile floors, sink and glass top stove, windows and glass doors. Everything came out exceptionally clean. It did not take off the hard water stains on the shower glass , but I don't think anything will. They are permanently stained now. But it did take off back mold. You do have to wait about 10 minutes before the canister pressure is up enough to use it. But after that, the pressure will come right back up quickly after you stop using it. I like that it has a pressure gauge so I can tell what it's doing. The handle will get a little hot so I will wear some gardening gloves if I feel too sensitive to it. It does come with lots of great attachments, even the rotating brush one. The floor steamer only comes with one cloth to go on the foot, so I wrap microfiber cloths on it when the one gets too dirty to use, and that does the trick. However, do not try to take them off while it's still hot, with your bare hands, because it will burn you. The distilled water runs out in about 40 minutes, depending on how much you use the trigger. You must shut it off and let it cool before you try to open the cap for a refill. But I think it's definitely worth the wait. I hope this tool lasts me a very long time, for I have a lot of uses for it.

I’m old & want to know, where this steamer has been all my life. Save’s my back and decreased mobility to clean some areas. I cleaned my entire bathroom top to bottom including glass shield I just finished kitchen cabinets (wood) even the ones too low or too high. I have a porous sink which had permanent stains from coffee, tea & rust. Even bleach would lighten but it would come right back. I cleaned it with pointy tip & it took stains out & they haven't returned for 3 days now. Saved big bucks from buying new sink & paying for an install. Next project is cream color leather furniture & oven door. I’ll test it first but keeping fingers crossed. I’m just amazed. Thank you steamer maker!

I enjoyed this steamer for a few months, but while working talking with a client and holding the steam gun, it blew up and burnt my finger (thankfully nothing else and super thankful not my client!) Definitely could've been way worse! I would not recommend this steamer anymore. Besides it blowing up, the steamer hose is way too short and the handle gets super hot and will leak if you leave it for 5-10 min.. Never buying a $150 steamer again! Commercial only. Hope they make it right and refund my account and not just give me another or Amazon credit..

Recomiendo este producto si eres paciente! Lo compré para la alfombra de mi cuarto y al momento de usarla el nivel más caliente te dura alrededor de 15 segundos. Mire otros reviews y así lo comentaban también. Limpie un mueble y quedó muy bien. La utilize también en el vidrio y lo mismo, por 15 segundos tienes la temperatura más alta y después esperas unos 40 seg 1 min para que suba de nuevo y la puedas utilizar y así. Si es verdad que se calienta el mango de la agarradera pero no es nada que no puedas soportar, no necesitas usar guantes de cocina ni nada como vi en otros comments. Me falta utilizarla en piso y grasa. Le pongo un 3.5 en general solo por el poco tiempo que dura la temperatura.

After trying 3 different hand held steamers and hating them. I decided to give this one a chance. I wasn't to sure how easy it would be to clean in some smaller spaces with the canister tank, but surprisingly it isn't to bad. The water heats up quickly and it stays hot long enough for most jobs. I have 9 kids 3 dogs (2 are huge) and 4 cats. My house always needs to be cleaned and this saves me so much time and energy! The hose length is great so I don't have to have the canister right next to me in tight spaces.

Very good steamer , best I could find with high temp under $500... But, good things don't last. The rocker switch keeps failing on these units. Not sure about customer service as the company looks abandoned? Will try, as this steamer high heat output is a game changer. Make sure you check your steamer output on surfaces with a cooking thermometer! Most don't get over 120°!!! This one puts out around 256° !!! Now that's POWER in a little package...just sad it does not last more than a few months. The JD03-K1 30a 125/250V AC Switch is about $20 on AZ (comes two in a pack). This keeps it running for another month or two...but come-on man...fix it manufacturer???
