As a machinist for 45 years I can tell you that the build quality is very good . I like how simple everything folds up and out of the way when the bikes are off . Some said it was a little heavy but not really for how sturdy it is. As you can see from my pictures it even has room to spare for my rear tire on my FJ so that’s a huge plus . It is tough finding bike racks for e-bikes with the fat tires, or that can hold more than one bike, because of the weight. Usually, they can only hold 80 lbs total. Got this because it can hold 2 bikes that each can weigh up to 80 lbs.. The bonus is that the rack tilts while in the hitch. I have on bike that is a fat tire e-bike, and a mountain bike that I bring camping. This was a blessing I found one that can hold 2 bikes. You will spend a little extra, but worth it. The directions are similar to Ikea directions to assemble the bike rack. I had no real issues putting it together.

This is a great bike rack for our mountain bikes. We don't have e-bikes but based on what I've seen, these would work great. eBikes are heavier so that's the only difference I see. With the built-in clamp and rubber hooks, there wasn't much wobble or play. This rack has a tilt feature that allowed access to the back of the SUV for our pups. Loading and unloading is super easy and for storage folds up nice and compact. Setup was easy - it's very well built as the paint and finish have held up rainy drives in the PNW.

This bike rack is exactly what I have been looking for! It is super solid and made really well. It's on the heavier side but that's what makes me feel good about attaching it to my hitch. It holds two bikes with ease and is not too bad to install and remove. I love the foldability of it and the overall look. There are many safety features to keep it attached to the car and I would definitely recommend it!

This was perfect for carrying my ebikes around with me to the beach and lake. The rack is very easy to assemble and on a Saturday afternoon I was able to get out together and take it for a drive. The design is very useful and easy to adjust and fold up to not hit your hatch. The build and quality of the metals are very nice too and don't bend or flex even when fully loaded. Overall it's a very functional rack that makes it very easy to carry my ebikes around town. Highly recommend and good value!
