The SONGMICS Dresser deserves an award — not just for holding my clothes, but for holding my entire emotional support wardrobe. I went from “floor pile fashionista” to “fully functioning adult” in under an hour (assembly time not included… but we don’t talk about that part). Putting it together was like a fun little relationship test between me and my patience. Spoiler: we made it through, and now my socks, underwear, and random mystery cords all have their own tiny apartments. It’s surprisingly sturdy too — I’ve overloaded it with jeans, hoodies, and at least one drawer of pure nonsense (we all have one). The drawers slide smoothly like butter on a hot biscuit, and it actually looks cute enough to trick guests into thinking I vacuum regularly. In summary: 10/10 would recommend to anyone who wants to look organized while still hiding chaos efficiently. It’s giving “I pay my bills on time” energy — even if I definitely don’t.

This piece made me decide that if I need furniture again I WOULD DEFINITELY use this company/seller again! First the packaging- everything was neat and protected very well. The top had 4 very thick plastic corner pieces to protect from breakage. The cardboard covering the top - KEEP THAT! When you get to the step of screwing the top in you have to turn the unit upside down because the top screws in front the underside, put the cardboard cover piece under the top to protect it on your floor. 2nd the instructions - the instructions are EASY to understand. I loved that the hardware bag was divided and numbered and each instruction step tells you which number you need from it. 3rd the overall quality - EXCELLENT! I was especially impressed that all the screw holes had metal inside so you don't have any wood splitting or bad holes. Overall- I put this together by myself in 20 minutes. I did not get frustrated which I usually do putting furniture together. This was a nice experience and if this company does this with all their furniture I would DEFINITELY buy from them again!

Great stand except screws are impossible for the drawer handles. They don't go together. I had to get other screws. Make sure you really stay directions putting together. I thought I was ended up taking apart 3 times an redoing it

So the size of the drawers are a decent size for adult clothes which was my main worry. Only thing wrong is the handles and the screws are wonky and don't fit had to order adhesive handles because I couldn't be bothered with figuring it out. The instructions say you need a drill but I did it all by hand screwing in it was so easy. Advice make sure the squares on the poles are facing inwards on both sides had to flip them cause I didn't notice. And the bottom poles screw into the side and the bottom that had me confused too.

This chest of drawers is light weight so easy to move around. Has deep drawers but it won't hold heavy items as drawers would sag when you open them. Holds things like underclothes, scarves, socks, leggings, jewelry cellphones and chargers. Baby items like diapers, baby clothes, small toys. Could be used for paperwork if not too heavy or bulky. Small enough to put in a closet or behind a door. It's sturdy enough to set something on top like a small light beside a bed.

This was a perfect fit for an area in our guest room. Height fit right under the hanging tv. Quality and extra storage looked good. Drawer closer easy. Unfortunately we had to return as we needed bigger. Child returned home to live.

While finishing assembling this I was not able to get two drawers in. There was no hole place for 2 hooks to go into. There was no way to even adjust this issue, I had to return.
