This chair is super cute, it feels comfy and sturdy. It is by far the easiest office chair I’ve ever put together. The “pink” color is not exactly pink pink, more like a dusty mauve but the pink hue is still there and it’s really pretty. It’s definitely not as big as some of the reviews make it seem but still large and a decent height. I haven’t used the chair yet so I’m hoping it holds up well.

I recently purchased this office chair, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The chair is incredibly comfortable and spacious, making it perfect for long hours of work. The assembly process took a bit of time but was straightforward and not difficult at all. After using it for three weeks, I can confidently say it’s a fantastic chair. The wheels glide smoothly, making it easy to move around, and the chair is large enough to curl up on during breaks, which adds an extra layer of comfort. The ergonomic design provides excellent support, greatly improving my daily work experience. I would say that the chair as a whole is extremely comfortable and worth paying for. I'm about 5' 2 and 200 lb. So on the heavier side for my height and I set crisscross applesauce almost all day long. I don't like my feet to be on the floor. This chair is large enough that it allows me to do so comfortably. Really the only complaints that I have about it is that it doesn't have any type of foot rest. So when I do want to straighten out my legs I can't and I did have to go and buy a footstool to do so. And then the second would be the back not moving. If it could recline that would probably make this chair like 10 Stars. The material does hold animal hair so I am finding myself having to get a hair remover and use it daily. So you may want to get a cover for the bottom to make that process a little easier if you have pets. My long-haired cat sits on the chair while I'm sleeping and it's just covered in the morning. The material itself, aside from holding animal hair though is extremely soft, it's comfortable. It's squishy but it has enough firmness that you don't just sink into it. All in all, I would definitely recommend this chair, especially if you are a little larger and or like to sit crisscross as long as the hair is not a deal breaker for you. (I don't mind to much)

Chair is very comfortable. Seat cushion is firm but not hard. My only complaint is that the arms do not adjust up and down. Since this is meant for taller people the arms are a little high, I am 5'7. Wheels are great and overall chair is great quality.

Extremely comfortable chair with a multitude of adjustments available. However, when "they" say Big and Tall," they mean it. I'm 5 foot 9 inches, and when seated, the chair back is still a little over an inch above my head. The seat is deep and wide, and although extremely adjustable, the chair arms are a bit higher (at their lowest setting) for my exact comfort. I feel somewhat like Lily Tomlin in her Big Chair in the old Smothers Brothers comedy show. Very useable though, and comfortable. Sturdy, solid, and the wheels are great. The brown color though runs a bit on the grey side. Not as light colored as my monitored showed the color to be. Knowing what I know now, I would still purchase this chair again, and have no hesitancy in recommending it to others.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: The “tilt-lock” just means you can unlock the chair and let it rock back. It doesn’t mean you can lock the tilt into a specific position. I bought the chair specifically because you’d assuming “tilt lock” means you can lock the tilt into place, but apparently not. Also when delivered the company forgot the assembly pieces, so I had to contact them to send them out again. Disappointed in this entire thing. Adjustment capability: Doesn’t exist.
