Pretty thin to be called a sweatshirt, the fit is good. Not sure if the zipper on the sleeve is for, it doesn't work, maybe just for show. It'll do the job as long as the temperature stays above 50° , it's the first sweatshirt I've owned that I can see light though a single layer

I ordered this 2 sizes larger than I normally wear, because a lot of the clothes run smaller on Amazon. But it fits like a very small XL. To much involvement in trying to return, these go in the trash. Lesson learned!
