I really like this table. It looks really quality for the low price point. It was pretty easy to build. We did have a small issue with one of the wooden armrests but the seller was responsive and quick and helped us resolve the issue very quickly. We purchased a patio furniture cover to protect it from the elements and it’s been working well so far. Our only minor complaint is that we wish the chairs also had a cushion on the back. The back of the chair can be slightly uncomfortable over time. If it’s just the two of us, we will put one of the other cushions on the back and it helps a lot. My suggestion to the seller would be to have an option for additional cushions on the back.

Love the table and chairs. Chairs are comfortable. All items seem to be built pretty well. Pieces went together well. However, I figured out after I had it 95% put together that it goes much quicker if you use a screwdriver with a star bit instead of the allen wrench provided. Great price for what you get and it looks great!

My experience with the buying, assembly, and use of this table and chair set has been all positive. I did have my apprehensions at first from the reviews that were mostly positive, but some of the negative ones were scary and some unfair. One thing up front, I ordered the set with 6 chairs and the table with the two wooden top parts, and not the one with three sections. Two boxes arrived containing only the 6 chairs and no table. I sent an email to the selling vendor since this was third-party and not Amazon. The vendor got back to me the next day and said the table was in another shipment and it did arrive that day. Very happy with their customer service and response! Five stars. The packing was excellent and had enough reinforcement to prevent damage in shipping, and the wooden table panels even had rubber corner guards. It took me about 15 minutes per chair to easily assemble, and unlike other reviews, the holes aligned perfectly, but like the instructions say I recommend you do not tighten the screws until the end and do it in the order of the steps. Be patient and align the screws as close to perpendicular as possible and they will spin right in. Then tighten loosely only about 50% or just under snug. They will be more level if done this way. I did use the provided Allen Wrench tool to test and align some of the holes that were partially covered by the Rattan material. I did it on a carpet because I found rolling them while assembling and tightening was easier and they would not get scratched up. The screws all worked perfectly, but I found on most of them you had to reach your finger around the back to feel when it was tightened when you felt the bolt start to turn otherwise it will just keep turning once it reaches a certain torque. I tried all of the chairs by sitting in them, with the cushions and they were comfortable and sturdy. I'm 250 lbs. and the chairs did not stress at all. The table was very easy to assemble. While I would not put my full weight on it, I found it to have substantial support for an outdoor function. I read the reviews about the wood being damaged or getting worn out. I bought a cover for it as I did with all of my outdoor furniture. The weather is unforgiving. If you put wooden furniture with plastic Rattan material out in the open and expect it to not be affected by the rain and sun beating down on it and not warping and fading, then you are not being realistic. If you get this furniture, get a cover and protect it while not using it, or put it in your shed or garage wrapped in large plastic bags. All in all 5 stars.

The table set arrived pretty quickly. It arrived in 3 different boxes which I liked because 2 boxes contained 3 pc chair set each and the third was the table set and each had its own screw set. So made it easier to install step by step. The instructions are pretty easy to follow. It does take time to put together if you do not have a drill which I used for the chairs. I installed the set by myself and did not need 2 people. All the holes aligned perfectly. At times you needed to wiggle it here and there but all in all the holes aligned perfectly. Make sure however when you install the table that you do not tighten the sides until the middle piece is in. Otherwise it will not slide through and you will need to loosen it and redo it. It took about 3 to 4 hours to install because some things were not very clear and had to figure it out. I am pretty handy - so it was pretty easy. As far as quality, I live in south florida so keeping it out in the sun and rain will most likely ruin in over the months or years so I keep it under my gazebo and covered when not in use. I took out a star for the plastic material as they seemed to be falling off while installing so I am hoping they last and do not keep breaking with usage. I did not reach out to the seller about it but if any further issues in the future I may. But I do take care of my items so again I hope this set lasts because it is a beautiful elegant piece! For the price it is excellent! The size if perfect for us!

This is a great patio set. We've been using our patio much more often since we purchased. Assembly was easy and only required 1 person. Everything lined up correctly. There was one issue, and I reached out to the seller, and they made it right in under 24 hours. I was missing a few bolts and washers. Not a huge deal but I was very happy with the solution the seller provided. Would recommend this set to anyone looking to purchase it.

Terrible customer service. Boxes got shipped 8 days apart. I ordered it so that it would arrive before we moved and most of it did. One box of chairs was delivered so late that it got delivered to our old address. When I contacted customer service they offered me a $15 discount and wanted me to track the package down at the old address. After I told them that was a huge problem, they offered me $40 and no other resolution than me going to my old address and getting the chairs from the new owners. The chairs are cheap quality and almost all of them had at least one screw that wouldn't go all the way in. The top of the table is sunk in on one side and doesn’t line up with the top of the table. The price is way too high for the quality of the product.
