There's nothing that I dislike about this chair; it's sturdy, comfortable and looks great at my work desk in my home. The cost was a bit more than I had planned on spending, but in the end I decided not to skimp. This chair is definitely worth every cent, this is really a great quality chair. The cushioning is awesome, but with just the right amount of support for my back, legs and neck. The large box that it came in had a large gash/tear on the side of the box, but the chair was still pristine inside. It only took me about 25 minutes to assemble with no help, the assembly instructions were simple and no problems. Just got this in, slapped it together in about 20 minutes it was surprisingly easy to put together. The seat material feels pretty soft. My only real issue with this chair is it has a forward tilt. To me this is a huge issue and I don't recall it mentioning this in the description and if it did I must've missed it. It kind of gives me this sensation of just leaning/falling forward a bit too much. I also worry about the long term wear and tear it will have with this kind of tilt. I originally rated this 5 Stars but I'm lowering it to 1. One star because the chair gets kind of uncomfortable after a while. Uncomfortable to the point where my lower back starts killing me and I have to get up every 30 minutes. I tried a lot of different things to fix it including talking with support who reached out to me and mailed me a few new pieces no questions asked which was nice of them. However trying to fix this chair just became a second job and wasn't worth the amount of time I was putting into it. Between the 20ish emails I sent back and forth with support (only 1 email a day they don't seem to respond back on the same day), and then replacing two pieces of the chair which required me to remove the cylinder twice (not sure if you've ever removed a cylinder but it's not the easiest task). I probably spent more of my time than what this chair was even worth. I threw it away and ordered a new one because I'm not wasting anymore time trying to get a refund. I'd like it to just sit perfectly flat. If it wasn't for this annoying tilt I'd probably rate this chair 5* if you don't mind a forward angle on your chair it is probably great for you. ... show more

easy enough to put together. Pros: thick padding, wide seat, comfortable (for a short time). Cons: The chair started to squeak - we are 2 weeks into normal use, wheels seem to be made of a cheap material, and after a while the chair starts to feel uncomfortable. Overall - seems like an ok buy, would I buy again? No - I would look at something else. ... show more
