We did a lot of research before deciding to purchase the 16' Zupapa trampoline. It is a better quality in so many ways than any other trampoline we've found on the market. And the warranty cannot be beat. Having said that, we did need to contact customer service when we had a joint on the frame crack. Lynn was fantastic!! She answered every message quickly and was so kind and helpful. She reassured me every step of the way that they would stand behind their product and make sure we were satisfied. I can't think of another time when I have been as impressed with (and appreciative of!) a customer service representative as I was in dealing with Lynn and this company. I would 100% recommend this trampoline and this company!!

I spent a lot of time researching trampolines. While many others have great reviews, when I looked at the negative reviews of other trampoline brands they almost all centered around poor customer service when something broke or went wrong and how people were out hundreds of dollars. Zupapa kept having great reviews on all accounts, including customer service, so we went with this trampoline and we're glad we did. Not only does the trampoline feel very safe, sturdy, well built, good materials, and the best warranty we found, their customer service is outstanding. Through user error we had a jumper end up ripping off one of the net attachments to the pole. This made a large portion of the net fall into the middle of the trampoline and create an unsafe jumping experience. We reached out to Zupapa to get an estimate of replacing the net and they sent us one free of charge even though the damage was our fault and not a warranty issue. They were very responsive and made the process a breeze for us. In the days of having to fight with corporations and hold their feet to the fire to get any support, this was so welcome. I have such peace of mind that if anything does happen, our investment is protected and we'll be taken care of. In my mind, that's worth the little extra in price, which is also likely extra because they use quality materials.

This is a beautiful piece of equipment! The Zupapa 12โ trampoline is an attractive addition to our back yard. It is high quality and the bounce is amazing; all the kids noticed the difference immediately! Assembly was truly a breeze, very simple. (Do pay close attention to the instructions for the application of the mat; be sure to work opposite springs as you go.) As for customer service, I have never been happier with the excellent degree of care I have received with Brandline/Zupapa. I had many reservations about the safety and authenticity of this product, since honestly, the wrong mat was enclosed, but that issue was immediately corrected. Mandy was so patient and understanding, and helped me through every doubt/trust issue. She never missed a beat; every response was timely, very kind, amiable, highly respectful and professional. She referred me directly to Zupapa for referral and left me with every confidence that the very generous warranty will be honored, and Brandline/Zupapa will be on standby to help whenever needed. I am extremely confident and happy with this purchase for my grandkids, friends and neighbors. Look no further, this is the one! (Will try to follow up with some pictures or video later.) I rarely write product reviews unless it's something that I believe will truly help other consumers. After months of researching, we decided to purchase the Zupapa 15' trampoline based on various inputs that drove our decision to go with this brand. The product arrived in 3 separate boxes (as stated) in 3 days. Each box was in great shape and the pieces inside each box were very well packaged and protected. It does take a bit of time to assemble, especially if you've never assembled a trampoline before, which we haven't, but all in all it's easy to do by following the well-labeled manual/instructions. The product is of very high quality - sturdy and solid. The only issue I had was that one of the lower leg poles had a slight dent (picture attached), which made the net droop a little and didn't look correct, aesthetically, although it did not impact the performance of the trampoline. I reached out to their customer support team and they immediately sent me a replacement part - no questions or push back; that by itself is worth the cost of this trampoline. Yet, adding that the product is top-notch was more than enough for me to take the time to write this review.

This is a fun trampoline for the price. We ordered the 15-foot model, which is very large! The springs are a bit creaky, but as expected, since we did not splurge for a springless model for three times the price. A few things to note: 1) The trampoline arrived in two separate shipments, one day apart from each other. When we received the first box, there was no note from Amazon or the manufacturer that another box was on the way. So, as we started to put it together, we thought that we were only shipped half of the pieces. The other half finally arrived the next evening. However, my kids ran around a half-assembled trampoline for 24 hours yelling, โWeโve been scammed!โ 2) Assembly of the actual trampoline is fairly straightforward. However, putting the safety net on was quite a project. The net must be attached through 1 million loops and a very long, thick, shoelace-like cord that comes with it. The cord has to be manually โsewnโ in and out of all the 1 million loops all the way around the trampoline. It took my daughter and husband two hours to attach the safety net. However, once it all arrived and was assembled, my kids loved it. They havenโt gotten off it since, which was the goal.
