  • Excellent purchase
Size: 71in. X 71in. X 28in. Color: Blue
Why would anyone spend thousands of dollars when this is available! Easy to put together and works great- do recommend getting pad, clip on beverage holders, and extra filters…you can rinse them out only a few times before you get an E02 error that shuts down your unit!

  • Not Bad
Size: 71in. X 71in. X 28in. Color: Gray
I’ve been thinking about these for a while and finally pulled the trigger. No regrets. Setup was easy, heating took 24 hours. It’s a nice size, not 6 people but 3 adults could stretch out. 2 adults and 2 kids works fine. The bubbles are nice but you lose heat fast using them. I bought a pad off Amazon thinking it was foam but it’s just thin felt. Skip the felt pad and go with those foam squares instead. Other advice: price the chemicals, all the recommended stuff is another $100. ... show more

  • Fantastic
Size: 71in. X 71in. X 28in. Color: Gray
So far, this has worked wonderful! There are no directions on how to set it up. None. I googled it, and it was actually easy. Mine was missing one part of the filter, but I just bought a floating chlorine filter. Took 2 days to heat up, and now it holds at 104. I’ll be curious to see what my electric bill looks like next month. ... show more

  • AMAZING HOT TUB
Size: 71in. X 71in. X 28in. Color: Gray
We live in California so this is the only hot tub we could find that meet the California energy requirements. We’ve used this hot tub almost every night for the last 2 months and it’s been amazing. There’s a 1 star review that noted issues with the WiFi but that has not been a problem for us (we have iPhones). Everything has been working perfectly and we absolutely love this hot tub. It’s easy to set up and easy to maintain. ... show more

  • OH MY GOD
Size: 71in. X 71in. X 28in. Color: Gray
OK, bad first (and believe me when I say there isn't much bad) First of all...the set up sucked. Let's just get that out of the way. The instructions are in pictures, nothing's clear, and NOTHING is labeled. Now, my son and I are not engineers, but we are far from stupid, and we still had some trouble with this. We still don't even know what one of the things in the box actually is! The other negative part is that the pump is only approximately six inches (if that) from the spa. Now, I know this is so we can reach the controls, which I'll talk about in a minute, but I am mildly uncomfortable with the electric component of this spa being that close to the water. The worst part, though, is that I can't connect the damned thing to the app so I can use the more user-friendly controls because they system only supports 2.4G wifi and I have 5G both on my phone and in my home. Now for the great! Once you have everything hooked up, the pump inflates the entire spa in less than five minutes. It's so much sturdier than you would think from something full of air. Like, my over 200 lbs could sit on the edge and it wouldn't give much. We filled it from our hose in less than an hour, with cold water (and it's February in Indiana...it was COLD water.) The heater brought the temp up to 95 in about thirty hours. Now the part that everyone wants to know about...the jets. I, honestly, didn't expect a lot when I read that it's air jets rather than water. Oh, boy was I wrong. I took a video to send to my sister who's thinking about buying one, but it was too big for me to attach, so I don't have video proof, but the jets. Oh my gods, the jets! I haven't even tried them on high, because on LOW, they're powerful enough that they pummel your muscles into submission and will easily move you across the spa. The entire thing bubbles like a witch's cauldron. It's insane. It feels a little loud, but my 9 year old talked the whole time we were in it, and he was clearly understood and heard. All that being said, after one of my sons, my husband and myself used it for about half an hour, we had to add more water to the spa when we got out. Now, we filled it to the max level, but when we were all three in it, the water sloshed pretty heavily over the edge of the spa, and then we lost some with the jets, of course. The miscellaneous features are pretty hit and miss. The pump has drink holder spots, and the controls are on the top, on this flip thing that raises up to stand upright. Really, it's functionally too far away for drinks when you consider you have to reach over the edge of the spa and around the controls. The controls are not easily understood, and have a weird thing where they lock and then you have to turn the whole thing off to get them to unlock. I bought a pad to put under the whole thing since I was setting it up on concrete, as well as two cushions to sit on and a spa-side holder for two drinks that has a little tray. Theoretically it will hold your phone while you use the spa, but in reality it gets wet. The chemicals are expensive, as well, but if you're spending six hundred plus dollars on a spa, sixty for start up chemicals isn't too bad, I guess. All in all, I love this thing. It may not last as long as a traditional hot tub, but for the price I paid, it's an amazing value, and has almost everything I could have wanted. It's a great spa, and I doubt you'd regret buying it; I certainly don't. ... show more

  • Decent
Size: 71in. X 71in. X 28in. Color: Gray
Heats up in less than 24 hours. Takes and hour to fill. 10 minutes to set up. Fits 5 people easy. Comes with one cover that buckles on like a normal hot tub, and another super nice cover that covers and insulates the whole thing like a ski jacket. Decent purchase👍
