I bought this as an open box by accident. Our pool had a leak that couldn’t be repaired. In my haste to replace it , I quickly ordered another similar product without much attention to details. The package arrived looking a little rough. Won’t lie, the box was wet and looked like it had circled the globe a few times. I was pleasantly surprised that everything was included and I alone a 47 year old handicap woman was able to put this one up in an afternoon. It’s a great little pool and I spent around 400 I would give it ten stars if I could. The pool motor is. Little undersized but at some point you have to realize you get what you pay for. If you are attentive to your pool chemicals and don’t let it get out of control it’s ok. ✅ ... show more

  • Good pool on a budget
This is a good pool for the cost. bear in mind this is not a steel wall, Permanant above ground pool. those cost thousands. this is a budget friendly, do it yourself type pool (hence the cost). I'm on my second one in 3 years, the first one got ruined after one summer due to a poor installation. You have to follow the instructions carefully. the ground has to be completely level, free of any debris of any type, and hard dirt (not soft sand). use a thick tarp, or ground cover to put under it. you have to get all the wrinkles out of the bottom of the liner before filling it all the way. wrinkles can ruin the bottom of the liner, and cause leaks. the easiest way is to put a few inches of water in it and work the wrinkles out by hand starting at the center and working out to the edges. you need to make sure the support poles are level. when you start filling it, due to the weight of the water they tend to push out at the bottom, so before its more than halfway full, check the level, and make sure you put blocks under the feet. blocks also need to be level, and flush with the ground. the filter pump is another matter altogether. best advice, chuck the cheap one that comes with it, and buy a sand filter pump. you'll be glad you did. the sand filters are much better, and nearly maintenance free. you will need hose adapters. the ladder is adequate. we're big people, and it supports our weight just fine. I'm upgrading to a deck with an entry stair system next season. the cover is cheap, recommend getting a better one if you don't want it blowing off in the slightest windstorm. all in with the pool, upgraded filter & cover is @ $900 which isn't bad for a pool. the deck, and entry steps are an optional upgrade that isn't necessary for everyone. I don't take mine down in the winter. we live in west Michigan, and it did just fine last winter. just have to drain it halfway, add winterizing chemicals, and cover it. good to go next spring! expect to replace the liner every 3-5 years. they don't last forever. keep it covered when you're not in it, keep the chemicals right, and run the filter for the correct number of hours for the size of the pool, and it stays clean with a little maintenance. I hope all this info helps, because it seems like people are expecting too much for under a grand. for the money this pool is great, and we enjoy it very much! ... show more

  • Met expectations
Good pool, everything came as I anticipated. Liner and all good condition and had held up well throughout an Arizona summer. Haven't used the cover yet but everything has worked great aside from pump leaking a bit which I need to find a solution to. Last pool had the same problem and I ended up ordering a new pump/filter system. Could be a simple fix so overall I'd say this was a good purchase and would recommend ... show more

  • Poorly Made Leaks like a Sieve
Purchased this pool last September and just put it up this week. All warranties expired. It leaks along the seam where the floor of the pool is attached to the side walls in three places. It also leaks on one of the floor seams. I'm out $500 Plus. A real piece of garbage!!

  • Directions suck!!
Directions were awful like others said. Wish parts were labeled. Once you watch YouTube video on how to set up it is easy to do.
