I was attracted to this set because of the value and now that I can actually put my hands on it, I would say it’s only a fair value. It is definitely a lightweight 25’ hose with brass fittings as advertised but unlike the advertised kink-free – it does kink. In my experience, I’ve never had a garden hose this light that doesn’t kink. The spray nozzle easily screwed onto the hose and did not leak at the fitting. All 10 functions performed as expected – I’ve never had several of the options on this nozzle before, including two functions that spray at different angles and a soaker option that drops water heavily downward. The spray nozzle is made of plastic so I’ll be careful to not to just drop it on the ground. Don’t expect a heavy-duty hose or nozzle and you won’t be disappointed. And I have found similar of this quality available to purchase separately that would add up to the same amount or less. ... show more

I got this hose to do a few simple tasks like watering a few trees, adding water to a bird bath and occasionally adding water to my swimming pool. It gets the job done. The brass fitting easily and securely attached to my spigot with no leaking. This is the first PVC hose I've owned and so far it seems to be a decent lightweight light duty garden hose. ... show more

I'm replacing several hoses this year and this Besiter Garden Hose PVC Water Hose seemed to be a good choice. However, compared to other hoses on the market with similar pricing, it falls a little short. The water flows, it doesn't kink, doesn't leak. It connects readily to attachments. It's the black plastic coverings at each end that bother me. They are just a limp cover-up for the hose connection to the fittings. They are not grips. When I picked up the hose the loose black piece just fell further down the hose. They protect nothing, hide nothing, and don't make handling the hose easier. This is a decent hose. I got it to wash my car in front of the garage. I don't need a very long hose, but this is definitely longer than the one it replaced. The quality of the rubber doesn't feel of high quality so I wouldn't keep this sitting outside on the hot sun or freezing cold. But for a simple hose to rinse the care, it does a great job. The nozzle does feel good and has a lot of options for spraying. It doesn't feel flimsy and so that's probably the best part of this set. No flow issues either. It's a good value when you compare to other options out there, but the feel of the rubber is my only major drawback. Otherwise, it works and I will continue to use it. ... show more

This is a pretty nice hose for the price. The quality seems good. The flexibility is also really good without kinking much at all. The included nozzle is whatever, about the quality you could get for $1 anywhere else. Overall very happy with the product.

Finding a good outdoor hose kinda sucks...the heavy-duty ones are really expensive, the affordable one's kink and leak and you have to toss them after one season. This hose is middle-of-the-road. It has good metal fittings, hasn't kinked, and has some stability to the hose so I think it will hold up. The spray head itself is all plastic - it works fine but it's not anything special. This hose is fine, 25 feet is a good short length if you are going to hook up to a pressure washer. It's far more manageable that a 50ft hose and the included attachments are cheap plastic but function fine. This style hose is good as it doesn't require additional pressure like the "magic" shrinking hoses and still takes up only a small amount of room when looped around the faucet. The material does still kink and the initial shape it takes does make it difficult to properly position, so leave it out in the sun a while to get it warmed up if you want to reshape the bend formation it takes. I'd say this hose is pretty average but is a good value for the price. ... show more

Really great hose for the money. I have several different hoses around the house. One in the front, the back, on the side of the house.....the expandable variety, a metal one. I like all of them. The new style expandable with the rubberized outside work great. I have those for lawn touch ups to get spots the sprinkler heads miss and also use them for the timed planter boxes that run to dripper hoses. the metal one works great for the hose reel. The expandable wouldn't be great in a reel. I have been switching out hoses for the power washer, which isn't ideal and a bit cumbersome, so I got this one. It is perfect to connect the power washer to the water supply. It doesn't kink and rolls and unrolls pretty easily, which is important for the power washer. This one comes with extra connection grommets that help prevent leaks. Also the spray head is awesome. It has a ton of different settings from drip, flat, shower, etc. A perfect spray for a variety of different watering jobs. My only complaint is that the primary color green spray head clashes hard with the day glow yellow and teal hose. Bllleccccch. Luckily, I can put that on another hose since this one is going to the power washer. Lol. ... show more
