I’m someone who’s always been very overweight, and had trouble losing weight despite lots of efforts. I didn’t have high hopes for a supplement, but when I could neither get a prescription for nor afford Wegovy, I decided to give this a try. It’s really turned down my appetite and cravings a lot, and enabled me to finally stick to a plant based diet without extreme hunger, as too much hunger has always been a serious problem for me. And when I do occasionally enjoy indulgence foods, it’s actually much easier to enjoy them, because I can eat a few bites and feel satisfied - whereas before, I’d want to eat way too much, and had to avoid these foods entirely. The “food noise” in my head is also turned way down, so I’m not thinking about food all the time and can better focus on other things. This works especially well when combined with a GLP-1 support supplement I also found on Amazon. I’m telling all my friends about this. Since 2021, I became overweight. I don't consider myself obese but I have never weighed this much in my life, so I was looking for something that would help me jumpstart weight loss. I was looking for an alternative for Ozempic; I have never taken Ozempic but was curios as to why so many people were talking and raving about it in the media, so I did some research and apparently it is for those who are obese or even those who feel overweight, that want a quick fix without surgery. Well I am not a fan of western medicine and prefer the more naturopathic approach to my health, so I googled the alternative and came across the herb BERBERINE. Now, there are plenty of supplements and companies, that may be well known or not, but the reason I chose KoNeFancy initially, was solely based on the fair price (not to cheap yet not expensive) and the fact that it is HIGH BIOAVAILABILITY LIPOSOMAL in capsule form. I bought it March 1st 2024 and couldn't believe the results! It's not your quick fix to dropping massive weight, but I noticed immediate changes; I believe it helps dissolve inches... all over! I continued to buy it until June and decided to try a different brand, to see if I would feel a difference? So, I tried a higher priced brand that boasted higher mg/pill and they are highly rated on Amazon. Let me just say, all Berberine is NOT EQUAL! That brand may have been too strong for me as it caused stomach cramps and gave me the runs to the point that I couldn't finish the bottle. I immediately ordered KoNeFancy and haven't looked back! It feels like it helps with bloating and even water retention issues; when I miss a dose, I can tell! It's hard to truly pinpoint what it's doing as I am menopausal and my body is constantly changing, however, I am now fitting in to dresses and jeans that I couldn't wear for a couple of years and the bigger sizes that I had recently purchased are now starting to feel baggy! I've been using this brand now for about 2 months, after doing a lot of research on Berberine. Absorption is key and I feel the liposomal version is typically the best. I've been taking 2 pills twice a day, separated by 6 to 8 hours. I still have some sugar in the morning with my Coffee, and in the evening a potato or bread, which does spike your glucose level but it doesnt seem to matter. In the past, it was always that sugar in my coffee or bread in the evening that did it to me. I just couldnt lose weight, but this is definitely working. Just keep in mind that you do have to pay attention to what you eat, and be realistic to try and prevent anything that has a high glycemic index. I've lost close to 15lbs in 2 months, no exercise, no real diet change. The results are definitely slow and steady. At first you notice your shirts fit you better, then you notice your pants arent so tight. Pretty exciting that a herbal remedy works this well.

I made this purchase to increase my mg. levels. I had first bought this product from another company/vender, and couldn't see or feel any improvement with my energy levels. I wanted to start walking for exercise, by my doctors order. Because of low energy, and pain in knee area and lower back, I just didn't keep up the everyday consistency. Once I read up on the mg. levels needed to make an improvement, I decided to change/increase my levels to see if I would feel better. So glad that I came across this brand. I can honestly say that I feel SO MUCH better. I didn't know that I would also find myself not wanting to eat as much as I use to either. Perhaps I'll drop some pounds quicker. Hope so. I do believe that I'm gonna stay with this brand. Easy to take. No upset stomach when taken on an empty stomach, which is how it's recommend. Overall, it's a great product and purchase.

I started taking this to replace a couple of other supplements that I was taking for pcos as well as some other thyroid issues... And it's not an immediate "Omg , my life is changed" improvement ... It's subtle ... I gradually felt less fatigued, and less abdominal pain and swelling ... Better sleep and ultimately weight loss... But I didn't really notice... Someone else did... They noticed that I looked and seemed "more alive, and less drained" a couple of weeks after I began taking it... And... Because I have sensitivity to most supplements, I was only taking half of the recommended daily dose... So with this new inspiration I jumped in with both feet..m taking the full amount... I made sure not to change anything else so I could focus on whether this really was making a difference ... And I then noticed a distinctive improvement ... Again ... Not life changing, but having a hormonal and endocrine system that hates me... All improvement is greatly welcomed ! And then... I ran out... And I KNEW ... Without a doubt the great impact it was having !! Almost immediately (within 48hrs) the fatigue and heaviness came back with a bang... And the weight gain followed quickly behind ... I was in the process of reordering when I decided that this information might just help someone else!!

I needed a jump start for my weight loss and help reduce cravings. After about a week or more I did notice a change in m appetite and cravings and it seem to help me feel less bloated. I chose this product because of the reviews and the price was very reasonable. I've used it two months straight and I've definitely noticed the difference. I also like that pills are very easy to swallow and only need to take 2 a day. I do recommend this product for a jump start to wellness and weight loss.
