I took a break and stopped taking them. But once my blood sugar was high, my doctor recommended taking berberine. So I was thinking I will try them again. I took them a month later and I’m not sure what was different but no diarrhea or stomach issues! I took them for 3 days straight no issues and had no sweet cravings like I usually do. I purchased this for my wife. She has been taking this pill for about 6 months (one in the morning and another in the evening). Capsules are small and has no after tastes. The pill does not upset her stomach and appeared to have no side effect. It helped her being shed few pounds at first, but if losing weight is the sole goal for taking this pill, she may second that. Since 2021, I became overweight. I don't consider myself obese but I have never weighed this much in my life, so I was looking for something that would help me jumpstart weight loss. I was looking for an alternative for Ozempic; I have never taken Ozempic but was curios as to why so many people were talking and raving about it in the media, so I did some research and apparently it is for those who are obese or even those who feel overweight, that want a quick fix without surgery. Well I am not a fan of western medicine and prefer the more naturopathic approach to my health, so I googled the alternative and came across the herb BERBERINE. Now, there are plenty of supplements and companies, that may be well known or not, but the reason I chose KoNeFancy initially, was solely based on the fair price (not to cheap yet not expensive) and the fact that it is HIGH BIOAVAILABILITY LIPOSOMAL in capsule form. I bought it March 1st 2024 and couldn't believe the results! It's not your quick fix to dropping massive weight, but I noticed immediate changes; I believe it helps dissolve inches... all over! I continued to buy it until June and decided to try a different brand, to see if I would feel a difference? So, I tried a higher priced brand that boasted higher mg/pill and they are highly rated on Amazon. Let me just say, all Berberine is NOT EQUAL! That brand may have been too strong for me as it caused stomach cramps and gave me the runs to the point that I couldn't finish the bottle. I immediately ordered KoNeFancy and haven't looked back! It feels like it helps with bloating and even water retention issues; when I miss a dose, I can tell! It's hard to truly pinpoint what it's doing as I am menopausal and my body is constantly changing, however, I am now fitting in to dresses and jeans that I couldn't wear for a couple of years and the bigger sizes that I had recently purchased are now starting to feel baggy!
