Works great, i do about 1 hr and 15 mins on low on the stove, i put about 1/2 cup of water and fill more water after 30 mins or so. Easy to wash and easy to unmold

    • Not safe to cook in.
Not happy with the product. The outer pot leaked nonstop from the handle screw holes. The center of the inner pan has no way for vapor to escape so it makes the pan more as it simmers and splashes boiling water. Would not purchase again.

Great for pricing. No real complaints. Only thing that striked me as odd was that the steam vent hole on the lid. For a flanera it defeats the whole purpose. Especially if you're using an electric top. I managed to work around it with Foil paper but it's an absurd thing to have.
