It looks identical but it’s not. I ordered a new one because my old one kept having little pieces of the ceramic? (white flakes) that I couldn’t completely clean/rub off. This new ceramic kettle has a complete stainless steel bottom (inside the pot), so that will probably solve the white flake problem. But I really like all ceramic (the stainless steel leaves a taste I’m sensitive to). And it is MUCH louder when heating up - barely, barely noticed with my old one. So it works great to heat up my tea water, quickly too. (I drink lots of tea!😂😂😂) ... show more
