This vacuum is not worth the money. The suction is terrible even at "high" speed. Total waste of money. I wish I had paid better attention to the reviews before I purchased. I missed the return window and I am now stuck with it. It doesn't clean well and the quality is poor.

I was hesitant of how well this would actually work but it does quite well to clean and sanitize mattresses. I did multiple, slow passes in two directions on both top and bottom and was amazed how much debris was in the filter! The clean, sanitary smell was noticeable and pleasant, like clean fresh air. That said, due to the wide wheel base, it’s not very effective at cleaning and sanitizing the sides of the mattress or smaller items so I took off one star. I don’t see how effective it would be on other items such as upholstered bed frames, dog beds, couches, throw pillows, etc. In order for the flappers and uv light to work, you must put down some pressure and the wheels on the sides must be engaged. It sounds simple but the wheel base is wider than it should be, in my opinion, which prevents successful cleaning and sanitizing on smaller items. The vacuum has some good suction (low/high) but it had some difficulty picking up some stay dog hairs on one pass, but overall it picked everything up before I put on my new mattress protector. It seems well made, holds a battery charge, it’s solid but lightweight and I like that you don’t have to hold down the button when in use. The indicator lights are very handy and I like the color of both the lights and the sanitizer. It charges well, about as fast as my Dyson and I like the charging base. It worked great when I used it and I’ll be exploring how else I can utilize it in my home. ... show more

I am so pleased with how well this vacuum cleaner picked up the dust from my mattress. I am very happy with the quality and performance of it. My bed has never felt so clean. Easy to use and filter is simple enough to figure out to clean and put back.

Don't bother buying this product. It stops working within less than a year. Ours worked decently for a couple months then the suction power reduced. I've opened it up and cleaned it a few times, however eventually the vacuum would only stay on for about 2 minutes before losing power, although it was plugged in (about 6 months in). Now 9 months into it, it stopped turning on altogether. I bought it less than a year ago and now its not working. ... show more
