The window arrived safely and appeared to be the exact size I needed. But, I ordered a White window and even though the box had a label indicating it was WHITE - the window packed by the manufacturer was BLACK. Amazon needs to open all these boxes and verify whether the Chinese employee who packed the box can actually read English and place the correct label on the correct box.
