  • Great on the grill
Size: 16"
Bought this for the grill, works great, just make sure it will fit on your grill and the lid will close before ordering. Buy and cast iron cleaning brush, you will need it.

  • BIG
Size: 16"
All I can say is WOW!! This is one whopper of a skillet, lol. If you need a really nice big one, this is it. I haven't cooked in mine yet, I just cleaned it and seasoned it some more. It's so big that it's actually a bit awkward for me. I have to say that the metal is a tad bit on the rough side compared to Lodge but it might be ok, gonna keep it and give it a go. I bought this so I could fry up a big skillet of fried taters and have plenty of room to work with, flipping them in skillet without making a mess and being able to fry up big batches of meat at once, pizza and whatever. I love adding new pieces to my cast iron collection! This and one other piece, is the first I've bought to try out, that was from china, all my others are Lodge. I prefer the Lodge, smoother surface over the china rougher stuff but this one I'm willing to try out because it's not to bad compared to this other brand I tried. 12/23/2017 I finally actually used this and had it over 2 electric burners. Although one burner was smaller than the other and I didn't have adequate burner surface on stove to fry good on entire skillet, it fried everything great on the big burner side and nothing stuck. It would be great on a bigger stove with 2 large burners or in oven to bake in and outside over fire. Definitely give it 2 thumbs up! ... show more

  • Great value - good for large quantities of food
Size: 16"
We have 4 teen sons and my 12 in cast iron skillet was having trouble coping with the quantities I was trying to squeeze in it. This skillet is perfect. The only downside is that my burner (largest one on my stove) isn't quite wide enough to keep the edges as hot as the center. I may have to resurrect my outdoor burner from the turkey fryer kit and see how that works with it. It would work very well on an outdoor grill/camp chef stove but I haven't had a chance to try it there yet. I've used it in the oven too. If you need to cover the skillet while cooking, a handy hack is to use a 16 in pizza pan over the top. As for cleaning, it is like any other cast iron pan - you have your way on how to do it, I am sure. It might be tricky to rinse if you have a small kitchen sink. ... show more

  • Perfectly fits 18” Kamado Joe
Size: 16"
When I make spatchcock chicken I like to put a cast iron skillet underneath the roasting chicken and the chicken juices drip into my root veggies during the cook. Delicious !! I’ve used a regular skillet in the past that has a handle but the handle takes up most of the room in the grill, and a Regular skillet is only about 1 1/2 to 2 inches deep, aren’t able to cook much so I found that this two handle cast iron skillet is perfect fit. It’s like it was designed for the Joe classic! It’s just wide enough to take up the whole grill space when you drop it in to the lower shelf and it’s exactly deep enough so you can still put the upper shelf/grill on top for grilling the chicken Also, this is a quality piece of cookery, heavy duty and I can’t wait to try some additional dishes that involved slow roasting veggies, or jambalaya etc. ... show more

  • Deep dish pizza pan FTW
Size: 16"
I can't say enough good things about this pan. It's preseasoned but I ran it through another seasoning routine before use. I bought it solely to make deep dish pizzas, and it does not disappoint in that regard. Preheat on the stove before putting it in the oven or your crust won't get done on the bottom but your cheese will be done on top. I don't know if it is because of my extra seasoning before i used it, but the pizzas slide right out of this thing. The high sloped sides mean you can layer up till your heart's content, and slide the pizza out on to a board when it's done. I've been making pizzas so wrong for so long, now I can finally make a decent pie. I'm sure it works well for other things too. As for the quality control comments, my pan arrived with no odd pits or anything out of the ordinary. I'm ecstatic with its quality for the price paid--I would have paid more if needed. The "easy to clean" star rating makes me chuckle. It's cast iron. Don't clean it, just wipe it out and bag it up until your next use. ... show more

  • Fantastic 16 inch for Steaks!!
Size: 16"
This 16" diameter Cast Iron, is now my go to, for brazing, frying , eggs and especially steaks. Season it at least three times before cooking your first steak. Don't worry about the pan finish, it will fill in with the seasoning. My one caveat, is that if you do not have at least a 6 inch diameter gas flame, then go with a smaller diameter pan....or use it in the oven or outside over a fire. I have four Cast iron pans now of different diameters, I keep them oiled and stacked on my stove top, with a piece of paper towel between them. Good Luck ... show more

  • Good pan for Kamado Joe Classic 18". Great value for the money.
Size: 16"
This large pan has a very good value for the money. It fits inside of my kamado Joe classic 18 in with no problem. As you can see I can cook six pieces of full-sized bacon easily without having to cut it. Maybe even a 7th piece might fit if I tried. The seasoning was just okay. I had to add seasoning to it so it would be a little better non-stick. I did not notice any quality problems like some of the other reviewers noticed on my pan. I'm guessing that they probably had several molds for this pan and maybe mine is a better mold. This pan is also come in useful for preparing whole turkey and whole chicken as it is big enough to contain the mess even if I don't cook in it. ... show more

  • heavy mo fo
Size: 16"
hands down the best security tool I have in the house. I truly don't own anything heavier. beyond well made. Preppers can't make bunkers more sturdier. Plastic biodigrates in like 400 years. If it started to rust today, it wouldn't fail me in my lifetime. I used one day as a door stop and threw my back out trying to move it from said position. This thing is a beast and I love it. ... show more
