The media could not be loaded. My dog figured out right away how to open the garbage can but we turn them so the button faces a wall and my dog hasn't bothered them since. I love how they look so I bought more but if you have a motivated dog these aren't really dog proof.

Size is that of a large bathroom can. Four gallons, but it can be filled and compacted so it doesn't need changing frequently. Can feed bag inside collar and tuck the overflow inside can. There's nibs on inside of can to seat the collar properly. That allows leaving no bag visible. Lid assembly snaps on securly and door works great. I needed one to fit under a rolling tray table, and just like most other purchasers, for all their different needs, it fit the bill perfectly. You'll almost certainly find a good use for a second can.

These days I separate all trash at its point of origin. For example, I have a large trashcan in my office for paper that goes to be recycled. But I also need a small trashcan for items that can't be recycled, mainly plastic film and bubble wrap. This trashcan is ideal. It's small enough not to be obtrusive or get in the way, but at the same time it is an adequate size. It has an excellent bag-securing feature if used in rooms where there may be messy items and a bag has to be used, and it's solidly constructed. It even seems to be resistant to my over-inquisitive cats, who overturn every open trashcan in search of some hidden treasure!

This was exactly what I was looking for. I love that it came in a two pack as well! We have a dog who is kind of a jerk, I say that lovingly lol but he is. I have to keep a small garbage can in our room that I keep next to my vanity up on the shelf, because he constantly goes in it, and digs through the trash and rips out all the tissues. It’s inconvenient and doesn’t look so nice to keep it up on the shelf so I’ve been trying to find some thing that actually works to keep him out of the garbage. Anything else that I have tried with a lid on it he just tipped over and the lid pops off and he can still get into the garbage. These have a nice button to press that hold the lid shut, and pops it open when you press it again. I love that these actually click into place to lock the pop-top in, and the actual lid frame snaps securely onto the top. I posted a video so you can see what I mean here. I tested it out to tip it over and the lid it does not come off. also since the lid snaps on pretty securely, the bag inside stays in place, which is nice. Is there a good value for the money! I wish they would come in different colors because I would buy white as well :-)
