If you want a firm mattress, then you need to buy this one. I have only had this mattress for a week now and all I can say is it is a very firm mattress. And That’s what I wanted but the edges of the mattress isn’t firm and when I lay on it, it feels like I’m trying to roll off the edge, but I have slept on it for five days now and it’s getting a little better or I’m getting used to it. Well, they do not honor their warranty either. This hole developed after 1 night of sleeping on it and they said to rotate the mattress. It's a damage piece of garbage. Do not buy from this company!!! I not only wish I could leave no stars, I wish I could give negative 5. I'm telling you do not buy! It's an absolute piece of junk. I left it inflate for 4 days before using it. There is a hole at my top half then there is a huge hump below that. I tried sitting on the hump to get it to go down but it doesn't. This is also present on the side that wasn't used at all. This happened after one night. It kills my back. I have stage IV lung cancer and 2 back surgeries and I can barely get out of bed each day. I contacted the company and explained everything and their response was that it was delivered. I wish I could leave some cuss words about their customer service but since I want people to see this, they are worthless and do not honor any type of warranty. Now, I'm going to have to buy a better mattress and I'm out 300 bucks that I don't have. Actually, I'm still paying Amazon for it. I wasted so much time and energy moving everything to get it in my bedroom. I knew for the price it wasn't going to be great but it's absolutely the worst thing and experience I've had (and this is right after 6 rounds of chemo) So please save your money, your time, and your body.
