I bought the product feeling a bit afraid because of the price, since all the firm mattresses I looked for in stores were much more expensive. The product arrived before the deadline and came vacuum-packed. I left it open for three days before using it. The mattress is great—very firm but still comfortable. I have never bought a hybrid boxed bed, so my expectations were low. Now I am pleasantly surprised. I ordered a queen 14in mid firm. It is indeed on the firmer side, but not uncomfortablely so. The plush top makes up for that. The edge has some give but overall it's good. Overall this feels like a top quality mattress. The only problem I had was shipping. I was on a time crunch and it was impossible to see the actually shipping progress with FedEx-it was in a state of limbo. When I contacted the company's customer service, they were more than responsive. I had actually tried to cancel order but withdraw it after shipping update finally came through. Amazon customer service also was very helpful. I must say after the delivery scare everything worked out perfect and we are very happy with the quality, service and price of this mattress.

Bed is amazing! Def better than expected. Arrived two days early. My partner and I are on the plus side and this bed supports us both with no compromise to the firmness. Our previous bed was a memory foam and it would sink. So it’s nice this is a hybrid.

Well I hope ur phased this mattress and I finally have been sleeping on it for almost a week now. I want to live this mattress so bad because it is comfortable. However, I am waking up with lower back pain. I can feel the springs in the mattress, I tried moving aromatic mf in different positions and that still didn’t work. So I ended up sleeping in my daughter’s bed. It maybe that I got a bad mattress or something because my dear friend swore by this mat and I saw all the wonderful reviews. I will reach out to the seller and go from there. I am editing this review because I reached out to the mattress company and I must say I am very surprised and pleased how they handled the situation we went back-and-forth with different solutions and I was given a full refund however, I wasn’t asking for a full refund I was just asking for a partial just to rectify the situation because the springs and the mattress I could feel when I lie down on the bed, but I have to give this five stars because the Customer Service just alone amaze me and I’m very pleased on the outcome although I don’t think the mattress is bad itself I think I may have gotten maybe a bad one. It’s not their fault and to be honest with you, I would actually order this mattress again because it is comfortable. My back does hurt only because the spring was poking me, but I think that if the mattress itself was the better quality than what I got, this matches will be amazing so if you are looking to get a good comfortable mattress, although the spring was out and poking me. I think this would have been a very good fit for me. In one of the main reasons why I would shop with this company again is because the customer service itself was amazing and outstanding so that should tell you that they take pride in their product.
