Summary: the machine did its job as described. I’m super bummed that it didn’t work out for us. Seller was wonderful. Detailed: This auto litter box is super neat. It was easy to set up and does exactly as it states in the description. It is quiet. Overall, it works great as far as functionality. Also, the seller is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING to work with because I did, unfortunately, have to contact them to discuss a return request because my cats could not adapt to it very well (despite giving them time and trying to “help” them figure it out). It had nothing to do with the machine because it worked perfectly and, believe me, I wish it had worked out for us. Sharing why it didn’t work just in case this helps any other cat owners whose cats may do the same thing: When both of my cats urinate, they have always “gone” toward the front of their litter boxes for some reason (they get in facing the back and do their business while still facing the back [so their bottoms are toward the front end], THEN turn around to cover/get out - they do the opposite for the other type of waste [that waste has always been left toward back of box]). For that reason, and because the area that holds the litter is smaller than a typical, rectangular litter box, they would stick their behinds out the front of the machine, which ended up with them urinating all over the front and on the litter catching mat I had on the floor in front. It ended up being way messier than a traditional litter box for me and I had to deep clean it every time they used it. I tried to retrain them over about two weeks and even purchased a litter box step stool from another seller thinking that might help them feel like they could climb in easier (it is a little high up for them to enter), but nothing worked for them. Eventually, I gave up and reached out to the seller to discuss options.

If I could give this 0 stars I wouldn’t even give it that. I have never been more disappointed and upset with a product. I am not sure if it is defective or if it is the functionality of it. But when the litter bin is full, the litter box stays in the closed position. It does not provide any warning that it is full, no sound - no beeping, no alert in the app… nothing it just stays shut and is unusable. So my cat, who is 18 and has diabetes, wasn’t able to use the litter box because it was closed and he peed on the floor next to it. I actually cannot fathom that someone would design a litter box that becomes unusable and doesn’t provide an alert. Who designs an automatic litter box that only requires emptying the litter bin, except when it is full it doesn’t alert you - so if during the 8 hours you sleep it becomes full - its going to stay closed so your cat can’t use it. That fact that my cat had to pee on the floor because this litter box is so terrible is insane to me. I am appalled. He has never peed on the floor ever in his life. I am embarrassed for him and feel awful that he was so desperate to pee that he urinated on the floor next to his close litter box. Insanity - this box is animal cruelty.

I have several litter boxes like this and they all work really well. This one is no exception. The only issue we have had with this particular machine is that the orange screen in the back tends to come unhooked. We’ve had no issues with the cats using it. It’s easy to change the bag. There has been absolutely no smell from the drawer.

On got this on sale on prime day because I have dreamt of “someone “ helping me clean up after my 4 cats. The youngest used it within minutes of putting it together. The other grew used to it in a couple days. It was easy to out together. It is quiet when it rotates to clean the chunks. There is no liquid leaks and smell seems reduced. Im dream of getting another one soon.

It work great and cuts down the litter box smell 90%. My only complaint is the cats try to cover up their mess and throw the sand litter all over the floor. I am constantly sweeping it up.

Right out of the box, it did not work. I had to completely disassemble it and found the wires weren’t plugged into the motherboard. I opened a ticket for help with it before finding the unplugged wires, never got a response. Only reason I was able to figure it out is because I have experience with wiring. Other than being no customer service, the functionality of the app is useless. There’s a clear and clean button on the app that does nothing. When I want it to filter the litter I have to manually go to the box and hit a button. Also the litter box does not clean on its own. After my cat goes, the box won’t clean it and I have to hit the button

Updated 10/18/2025 Seller explained delay in responding to my return request and has approved a refund. I appreciate his understanding and would definitely recommend this seller. Even though this product did not work for my kitty, it looks to be very well made and easy to use. Customers should know that even though the Amazon description states item is returnable, the 3rd party seller won’t accept a return. The description also states product is appropriate for cats up to 20 something pounds. My cat weighs 15 pounds and she is too big. Stuck with an expensive, non-functional box.
