About this for my son and DIL in Colorado for Christmas last year. They love it for their patio. They go to a lot of outdoor events so I chose this size for the tailgating warmth for them as well.

Bought in September of 2021. Worked nice until now (and we don't even use it that often). We run the heater off of a 20-lb. propane tank. I thought maybe the conversion hose was bad, so ordered a new one. New hose gets the same result. Now, the heater will not stay lit. It will ignite the pilot, but as soon as you stop pressing down on the control knob, it shuts off. If I turn the knob to high and light the burner with a grill lighter, it will light, but only with the knob pushed in. Let go of the knob, it shuts off. Even with the knob taped down, it still doesn't get as hot as it used to. It used to get hot enough to make the metal screen get red. Not any more. There's something wrong with the knob assembly or the regulator. I'll disassemble and try to clean/troubleshoot, but I'm not hopeful. It was a nice heater when it worked. I'll be shopping for a different brand of table top heater. If I figure out what's wrong, I'll update my review. 11/26/2022 UPDATE!: Changed to 4-stars, but will leave the rest of my initial review in case someone experiences the same issue (won't stay lit w/o holding in the valve). It was the thermocouple. Cleaned it and bent it closer to the pilot. Stays lit now, and works like a champ again.

JEFULL customer service quickly resolved the issues with the tabletop heater. My first review was posted out of frustration, having received a damaged product that I could not return, however, the company was quick to reach out and take care of my problem. I would purchase this product again.

Bought this for the holiday season in December of 2023 - looks great and used it maybe 4x for Christmas gatherings -still using the first 1 gallon propane tank -- got ready to use it with the cooler weather approaching this fall - it lit for maybe 30 seconds before the flame faded and it went out. Unable to get it started again. Have tried new full1g tanks and connected to a full 5 gallon tank with the adapter recommended -- still no go. I suspect the regulator is bad - but dont think there is anyway to repair it. Looks good sitting on the patio coffee table with everyone shivering around the table and wrapped in blankets, Very disappointed with this purchase. Will look to purchase another heater - though will be looking for a different brand

Good looking, easy to put together with good instructions and packaging. 5 Stars. . Awfaul design to insert the the 1 LB propane bottles. Need to put it on its side to get a good enough grip to screw in the propane. If you have big hands…..good luck. Female propane does not align very well with the bottom making it all the more difficult. 1 Star.

Live this thing. We have a large coveted patio and use it year around. The issue is that we live in Kansas where it gets cold. The heater works great!
