There is no way to remove the dust from the vacuum
Robot works fine -our floor looks great HOWEVER - we can't get it connected to the app so we can control it and it's now full and we can't empty it without totally raking it apart. Could be its smarter than we Are We have been trying for three days to get in line help with no answers from the company - this is very sad because this machine did a great job but it is now full and we have no way to empty it - it's going to be returned with all its accessories because it does not empty the dust once it vacuums - I initially requested a replacement and after I mailed the item back was informed it would arrive in November - I paid $146 to ship it back. I canceled to replacement robot and now Amazon tells me to keep It. They refunded me for the robot but I'm still out the $146 to ship the vacuum back - there is no one I can call - I am NOT HAPPY ... show more

BAIT AND SWITCH? CHECK OUT THE LATEST REVIEWS.
OK. So I'm NOT crazy after all!! I pulled up this vacuum that I purchased, only to check some additional information. I rely on other people's experience and their opinions about a given item prior to purchasing it. I bought it for the good reviews. Imagine my surprise to find out the same thing others have mentioned. IT HAD GOOD REVIEWS WHEN I PURCHASED IT, BUT NOW.............. I too feel like a victim of a SCAM! Amazon, do you monitor the reviews at all? I know there's always a lag time from when I submit my review and when it is posted. I believed that time to be some sort of safe guard. The vacuum was running and in the same room where I am writing this review, when it all of a sudden went from full force cleaning to maybe 1/3 of the power. There's still 39% battery and I see no reason for this to have happened and no indication from the app. As for its ability to clean, eh? It's gotten up a lot of debris, but I find myself having to manually empty the collection container far too often. We do have pets, therefore, we have debris, but the suction from the "automatic" empty function should easily be able to handle the collection from the session. It is NOT quiet, but I was willing to overlook that. Even with all the noise of it being on the "strong" suction function, it does a subpar job, at best. Hopefully, the D@mn thing will still work after what I just witnessed. It connected to the app easily. The "restricted" area function doesn't work at all. The mapping function works well though. I like that I know exactly where she is and what has been done. I have not tried the mop function, so I can't speak on that. ... show more

G6 Pro - Useless
I don't know what happened, but when I ordered it had a bunch of 5.0 reviews and now there's almost no reviews and 3.0 average. For that reason alone I should return it. But on to the actual vacuum. Performance is really bad. Pretty useless. After 4 days of cleaning the whole house the small bag doesn't even have a small handful of debris collected. The Roborock that it replaced would have picked up easily 5x as much, filling its larger bag with the same amount of use. Partially my fault, but I didn't notice that this unit doesn't even have debris extractor rollers. It just has a small intake slit. Navigation and the app are okay, but not nearly as good as my old Robo. The fact that it just doesn't pick up much dirt is simply a game ender. Keep scrolling. Scam Product?
This has to be a scam product. When I purchased it, there were thousands of positive reviews with a pretty high 4.5-5 star rating. When i set it up, it mapped my house fine, then it embarked on its maiden vacuum voyage and to my dismay it didn’t suck up anything. Nothing. At all. I went back to Amazon to see what I actually bought and saw there were only 5 reviews and only 3-star rating. I don’t know what happened in the two days but it feels like a scam. Poor performance
When I bought this product it had a bunch of 5 star reviews after noticing the poor performance I went to pull the order up and these reviews vanished and only showed the 1 star reviews of the same issues I was experiencing… poor suction, poor battery, pushing dirt and leaving clumps all over floor. Didnt work
It didn't empty to the charging port also pick up and would leave fuzzies around the house especially in areas with bumps. I'm returning it

SCAM
SCAM…do not buy. Same issue as others that reviewed. Product had over 4 star average reviews with many reviews when I ordered. Received vacuum and experienced poor performance and height was higher than specifications stated so gets stuck under cabinets. Go back to order and all the positive reviews are gone.
