I purchased this product after my last ash vacuum just stopped working one day. At first I was a little hesitant because of the price but I decided to try it and I was not disappointed! I have been using this product since March of 2023 and it is still going strong. This ash vacuum is great! Here are my Pros and Cons: - Pros 1. It's very light weight and Very easy to assemble. 2. Size is reasonable for an ash vac, the one I had was smaller and this one hold twice the amount. 3. Very easy to take apart and clean out. comes apart in 3 easy sections. 4. The suction power is very powerful and awesome for really getting those bit of ash/dirt in the corners. 5. Comes with a great set of accessories, I personally use the small brush head all the time. 6. Reasonable price and quality parts. Cons: Not really any except the that maybe a better design for the part of the handle that will allow you to clamp the hose on to the unit for when you are done using it. Mine seems to not want to stay clamped on so the hose is always just draped on top of it when stored. I also wish they sold some of the accessory parts separate so I can get extras. I do suggest getting extra filter kit for this product because you will need to replace those eventually and it's probably good to just have them when you need them instead of having to wait for them to be shipped in.

Overall it is a smaller size (compared to a shopvac) HOWEVER... It has the BEST suction and literally picks up the smallest particles of dust and fully captures it within the filter! This has been my go to vacuum for WAY more tasks then a fireplace. It removes even the smallest pollen particles and traps it in the filter. With a family with lots of allergies, this has been a game changer! I wish they made one for carpets...it would be worth it's weight in gold!

ACOENG 5.3-Gallon Ash Vacuum. Purchased in December 2022. Works great. rarely do we vacuum when ash is hot although sometimes we do. We clean the primary large filter after each use. it is loud DB-wise though doesn't bother us as we wear ear protection bc we're careful of our hearing protection. If it breaks and I cannot repair, I will purchase again. this thing has daily use during cold season. it's been used at least 100 times. I recommend.

This ash sweeper has some serious suction power over my old ash vac , and I will tell yah this filter cleans up in nothing flat ,and the can chamber is taller so the ashes don't burn the filter as there being sucked in ,as in some.cases the ashes are still hot at the bottom and don't stop the sweeper in time this ones filter survives this , where as the 3 year old shorter ash vacum I burned up I dont know how many primary filters on jt ,no more will.have that happen to this one by bacoeng, its a v shape and however its been made this primary filter it cleans way easier than the older ash vacs I've had in the past 5 years. So anyway this taller can ash vac by bacoeng is money well spent . And its powerful

Unit has very good suction power. But...the power is short lived. The power is short lived due to the effectiveness of the dacron filter. The filter does it's job very well. The down side is...the dacron filter (the outer filter) gets blocked...quickly. For ease of use, plan on cleaning your fireplace after every, or every second burn. The ashes tend to build up within the hose as well. Not to the point of blocking the airway or anything. On the first use, I had to stop 3 times to clean off the filter and shake the hose around a little. (Do this outside. disassembly a little ashy). I did have about 5 or so burns of ash, so with this in mind, I'll definitely clean out every burn or two. The next best option is a $300 option. So, I'll get by with this...

This is what I’ve been searching for. Super suction and cut cleaning my pellet stove in half the time! Super easy to clean out and stow away. Where have you been all my pellet stove life????? Get it … worth every penny!!!!
