Nice quality. Unit is very portable. I've used it on concrete floors and wooden. It technically works on both. But far more stable on my concrete. Much noisier on the wood and the sound carries. I have used it on a rug and it damped the sounds. I itch like crazy when I remember to actually use it. Which is great. That means it's improving my circulation which is the reason I bought it. I'm not sure that some of the people leaving reviews here know that's why they're itching with it lol. It's not a defect with your body or the unit, it's a sign it's doing its job. Brace yourselves, because I'm about to take you on a wild ride - straight into the heart of the vibration revolution! When I first unboxed this bad boy of a vibration plate, I'll admit, I was a little intimidated. The intense tremors radiating from the platform were enough to make my knees wobble just standing next to it. But as soon as I stepped on and fired it up, I knew there was no turning back. The sensation was unlike anything I'd ever experienced. It was as if my entire body had been hooked up to a gigantic tuning fork, reverberating from head to toe. And let me tell you, the vibrations were so potent that they actually made my skin start to ITCH - in the best way possible. Because as any seasoned vibration plate enthusiast will tell you, its a surefire sign that this thing is really doing its job and stimulating your muscles to the core. Once I got my "sea legs" and found my balance, I started incorporating the plate into my workouts. I didn't really know what to expect when I purchased this. I was looking for a way to exercise my muscles without increasing my heart rate too much. I wanted to work on my core and leg muscles and improve my balance. This was a perfect choice for me. It works well and isn't too loud when in use. I use it while watching tv. The preprogramed options are super easy to use. The pre-programed option I have used lasts 10 minutes and has varying speed during that time. I just stood on it and also did a few squats....or at least what I would consider a squat for me and my old knees. :) The circulation in my legs improved during each session. If you have sensitive feet, I wouldn't recommend using it barefoot, I would wear a pair of flip flops or shoes. I did notice that my thigh muscles were sore like I had been doing a major workout after only two days of use. I purchased the plat-pink. It is a nice color, sturdy, and not too heavy. I can move it around the house ok. I found it and the remote easy to use. I am enjoying this purchase,

This is a really good quality vibration platform. It’s is sturdy, not too big or too small, a really nice size that will fit most people. It’s easy to use and the settings are big for mature eyes like mine. The only downside of this would be the speed. I am 66, and not able to do anything too strenuous , lots of joint issues, fibromyalgia, etc., so I wish the minimum speed was slower. I would like to just do an easy pace for 20 minutes, just for circulation and I need a slower speed for that. My last vibration platform was noisy, this one is almost silent. That is great, because I always watch TV while doing it. It really helps me wake up in the morning and eases the stiffness I always wake up with. For the price, it’s a nice unit and I would recommend to anyone looking to improve their health and ease pain.

I’m using this more for pain management. I’ve noticed a difference on how I feel overall. I feel the tension leave the lower-back, neck and shoulders. My teenager, has used to for exercises. He states it definitely adds challenges to his workouts. I took it with me to visit family. My grandparents, tried it and ended up keeping mine. I did notice my 90 yr old grandma walked better after using it. She also stated she slept all night every night after using it. My grandpa, he has edema in his lower legs. He used it 2 times a day. I did notice after the evening session his swelling was less than normal. They were using just by sitting in a chair and placing feet on device. I will be buying another one for myself. I’ve recommended this to others looking into vibration therapy. I purchased the mini. I would recommend anyone wanting to sit on it purchase the standard size. The mini is small. The only one able to sit on the device is my 5 yr old. She uses it as well. It helps her relax before bed. I’ll update as time goes on for anything else that it helps with.
