My vibration plate has done wonders for me. I am so pleased with this machine. It is easy to use, and doesn’t take up space, can be stored easily beneath a table, a desk., in a closet, a pantry, or left out as it is compact, attractive, I started slow. The first few days I was sore, so took it easy and let my muscles recover. I have built up to three 15 minutes a day which I learned by research is not recommended. So I will do two fifteen minute sessions every other day. I had used a professional power plate at a gym years ago but didn’t understand the principle behind the machine. This machine has definitely improved my health.

I didn’t know what to expect, but I’m so glad that I made this purchase. It is absolutely perfect for what I was looking for. I often have leg/hip pain and would ask my husband to shake my legs to help relieve the pain and I decided to purchase this because it will last longer than my husband. Lol You can do from one minute all the way up to 20 minutes increments. I usually do 10 a couple of times a day. It comes with arm resistance straps that I have not tried to use yet. Nor have a tried to do any other of the exercises that it says you can do. I did not purchase this to lose weight, so I honestly can’t tell you if it works or not because I have not seen a difference in my weight, but I may have lost a couple of inches because it really does vibrate your entire body. Depending on where you plant your feet will depend on what areas really do shake. After purchasing myself one, my grandmother and mother actually want one as well. A second one has been purchased Oh, and I forgot to mention that it actually has a Bluetooth speaker on it that you can connect to and play music which is really cool. Also comes with the remote control. It looks like there’s different programs you can use that I have not tried. I just do the standard setting and I’m pleased with it.

I absolutely love this device! So much so that I also bought one for my dad and I referred four friends who each purchased one! It has helped me strengthen my knees, ankles, my core, and even eliminated the leg cramps that I was getting at night! I also feel that had helped me detox and lose a few extra pounds! This is my first vibrating plate. I like this product. I wish that the remote would work better. I can only get it to work if i put the remote directly nearly touching the unit, resulting in disrupting my workout to be able the change the settings throughout the exercising. I wish that the elastic bands that come with it were longer. I’m 5 feet yet the bands are still small/short for me to be able to work on my arms. Other than that it’s a decent product. Also, I cannot workout one leg at the time if standing up on the unit. Standing on one leg causes unit to go off balance and the suction cup lift off the floor. I only weight 125 pounds. In overall is a decent startup unit. It does the basics. Machine also aids in releasing tension and muscle knots throughout the body.

I bought this to assist with lymphatic drainage, inflammation, and weight loss. While I’m not too sure what it’s been helping with, I do feel great after using it! It feels great while using it too- very relaxing! I do wish it wasn’t as loud when you first turn it on, it says “Bluetooth mode on” or something like that and it’s obnoxiously loud.
