I’m going to start saying that if i could give 10 stars to this product and this seller, i would! I cannot say enough good things about this seller. My litter box suddenly stopped working out of nowhere, and I was extremely stressed because my cat has urinary issues and absolutely cannot use a dirty litter box. I reached out to the seller explaining the situation, and they showed so much empathy and understanding toward both me and my cat. They responded incredibly fast and went above and beyond — they literally ran to FedEx close to 7 PM to ship me a replacement the same day. Within just two hours of contacting them, they had already sent me a FedEx tracking number. On top of that, they kindly included three packs of bags, which they did not have to do at all, but did out of pure generosity. After 2 days i received a brand new 2026 litter box being an upgrade from my last one Thanks to them, my cat now has a clean, fully working litter box, and I am no longer stressed or worried. This level of customer service is rare and truly amazing. I 100% recommend this seller and this product to everyone. I am beyond grateful. thank you so much :) !!

Hands down the best thing I every did for myself as an owner for two cats. This thing is easy to clean, change bags, and maintained. The app that shows you how your cat goes in, the weight, and time is a fantastic feature. I have zero complaints. I didn't find the instructions difficult other than the white half circle tray. Idk where it goes or what it does, but I feel I don't need it. 10/10.

We’ll start on the positive with the pros: when it works, it works really well. There’s no need to touch cat waste on a daily basis. The odor remover seems to work really well, also. The cons: it goes through a lot of litter. It seems that the sifting mechanism doesn’t seem to work that well and a lot of unused litter ends up in the waste bags. This means that you have to add litter to it every other day or so. It also means that the bag has to be emptied twice a week. Cleaning it is quite the process. Once a month, it is recommended to take the drum and clean it out. There are very limited instructions on this process, but you have to take it apart to do it right because the water and the litter gets stuck in all of the little nooks and crannies. Sometimes, it just decides that it’s not going to spin all the way around and then I’ll get a warning that the box is in an invalid position. Finally, the door for the area where the litter bag is is now popping open because the latch mechanism is worn. It is now January. We bought this in September. We got roughly 3 months and it is pretty labor-intensive versus a regular sifting litter box that you only have to attend to once a week. I think the concept is good, but the delivery just isn’t there. If you think you’re going to leave town for a week and not have to deal with this litter box, you will be disappointed. We are going to ask for a refund. Update: the door pops open all of the time even when the poop reservoir is empty. Asked for a refund.

I love this so much!!! It really makes life much easier with having 3 cats. I do wish they'd make the instructions easier to follow. I can't get it to work with my phone. I love that o Its beautiful for a litter box, I love that its nice and quiet. Its a perfect size for 3 cats. It freshen the air too. Its very easy to change the bag. I generally change the bag every 2 days due to having 3 indoor cats. Its very easy to clean and to keep it clean. I also bought a mat with handles that catches all the litter off their paws. So there's a lot less litter traffic going on and the price i paid....we'll I WOULD buy another one!! Please make a video or larger printed instructions that are EASY to follow. I have had this litter box for 7 days, and so far I love it. My cats took to it right away. Changing the bag is super quick and easy no more scooping poop. Cleaning the unit it simple. Saves so much on litter, and my cats are over all much cleaner and happier. The noise level is minimal and doesn't scare my cats away. I have 2 cats for reference, and they are 8 months old. Worth the money spent. You don't need to spend $800 on a litter box. My cats fit comfortably one at a time in here, but they are weird and get out turn around and cover everything up with their front paws LOL

This is the third litter box I’ve purchased in two years since I obtained the kitten. We didn’t get this from the beginning because it was more than we wanted to pay. Then we found this one at a very reasonable price. We have had it about a month and we love it. We have changed the bag twice because the bags are smaller than other types of litter boxes and our cat cat poops a lot. The box lets you know when it’s time to change the bag and it is very easy to do. We have changed the litter once. The box also tells you when to do that. I would recommend changing the bag first then empty the litter into a clean bag. Otherwise it does get a little messy and also a little heavy. There’s very little you have to do. The robot does almost all of it for you. I absolutely love it and wish I got it from the beginning.

these bags work fine in automatic litter boxes. they don't break, they hold a good amount so you don't have to change every other day. however, they aren't as sturdy or as big as the original bags that came with my litterbox (I couldn't find those). these work just fine, but I still get a little hesitant because they feel thinner than the original bags.
