I’m going to start saying that if i could give 10 stars to this product and this seller, i would! I cannot say enough good things about this seller. My litter box suddenly stopped working out of nowhere, and I was extremely stressed because my cat has urinary issues and absolutely cannot use a dirty litter box. I reached out to the seller explaining the situation, and they showed so much empathy and understanding toward both me and my cat. They responded incredibly fast and went above and beyond — they literally ran to FedEx close to 7 PM to ship me a replacement the same day. Within just two hours of contacting them, they had already sent me a FedEx tracking number. On top of that, they kindly included three packs of bags, which they did not have to do at all, but did out of pure generosity. After 2 days i received a brand new 2026 litter box being an upgrade from my last one Thanks to them, my cat now has a clean, fully working litter box, and I am no longer stressed or worried. We’ll start on the positive with the pros: when it works, it works really well. There’s no need to touch cat waste on a daily basis. The odor remover seems to work really well, also. The cons: it goes through a lot of litter. It seems that the sifting mechanism doesn’t seem to work that well and a lot of unused litter ends up in the waste bags. This means that you have to add litter to it every other day or so. It also means that the bag has to be emptied twice a week. Cleaning it is quite the process. Once a month, it is recommended to take the drum and clean it out. There are very limited instructions on this process, but you have to take it apart to do it right because the water and the litter gets stuck in all of the little nooks and crannies. Sometimes, it just decides that it’s not going to spin all the way around and then I’ll get a warning that the box is in an invalid position. Finally, the door for the area where the litter bag is is now popping open because the latch mechanism is worn. It is now January. We bought this in September. We got roughly 3 months and it is pretty labor-intensive versus a regular sifting litter box that you only have to attend to once a week. I think the concept is good, but the delivery just isn’t there. If you think you’re going to leave town for a week and not have to deal with this litter box, you will be disappointed. We are going to ask for a refund. Update: the door pops open all of the time even when the poop reservoir is empty. Asked for a refund.

This litterbox is great, so smooth and silent. I hardly ever hear it running. My cats love it a had no trouble adapting. Its a bit of a pain to deep clean but a nice wipe down once a week goes a long way. It came assembled and doesnt way a ton. Easily manageable.

Overall - My cat loves it. He will sit there and use it and then wait to watch it clean it self to go back in and check it is all clean. The negative Ion system for odor control seems to work fine with as it is sitting in an office and I rarely notice any smell. The IFTTT with my smart home app does display usage etc but a lot of the options have no explanation on how they can be adjusted to affect changes. The noise level overall isn't an issue but it is in an office not the bedroom etc. The negative Ion system has a very slight whine as well. Downside - Trying to keep the walls clean because of how it roles everything to the top is a hassle. I wish they would have built a way to open it up to make cleaning inside easier The Plastic Step part that attaches to the entrance comes off if the cat pushes against it while getting in...then it can end up in the waste trap so i don't use it

I've been on a quest for the ideal automatic litter box for quite a while now (read: 20+ years) and this one checks a lot of boxes... but also has some mystifying gaps. The good: It's quiet, it's easy to set up, it's integrated with an app for visibility, and the cat had absolutely no problem adapting to it. It has some silly app-integration features, like cat weight and whatnot, which I think are superfluous, especially in the light of the obvious things it's missing, but it's fairly amusing to look at my cat's weight trends. I also like how the waste bag is secured to the drum (nice tight fit) and kudos to the waste container not being able to rub against the outside of the drum when full, because that is disgusting in every other similarly shaped litter box I've tried... and I've tried a lot. Another plus is when the container is full of waste, the litter box does not simply become an inaccessible blob that encourages the cat to find alternate locations to do their business. I will never understand how this seems like a good idea for the engineers who design these things. The bad: 1) The bag and the waste holding area is small. It fills quickly, and it's annoying to have to change it often. I get perhaps 4 days before I have to open the device, get the waste bag out, replace it, and toss the old bag into the trash. For one cat, that's too often. Besides the Litter Robots (which have a host of their own problems) I have not found a single automatic litter box that would allow me to manage a weekly ritual of cleaning the cat box, and that is annoying. 2) This thing over-notifies you of everything: the cat has entered the box, the self-cleaning cycle has begun, the deodorization cycle has completed... you know what it doesn't notify you of? When the waste receptacle is full. I don't care when the cat enters the box, I don't need to do anything about that, the cat has that well in hand (paw?). But I do need to know when the box is full so I can empty it, and there's nothing. No message, no audible cue... you basically have to check manually, and isn't that the whole point of having an automatic litter box? 3) When it does get overfull because you happened to check and noticed there's still waste in the place there isn't supposed to be, cleanup is annoying. Remember how I said the bag is well-secured to the drum? It is, and that's good, but removing a full bag without dropping some of its contents appears to be physically impossible, and now you're manually handling cat waste. Again, isn't this the whole point of having an automatic litter box? 4) Filling the box with clean litter is unnecessarily annoying. The hole is small and low to the ground, making it very difficult to put litter in and check to make sure it's the right amount without making a mess. There should be a better way of doing this. Summary: This design is better than a lot of them out there. It's clean, low profile, and some of the more obvious complaints I have with other automatic cat boxes are taken care of. My cat is used to my experimentation, but I have to note it took to this one much more quickly than normal. It's not perfect, and I'm not satisfied, but it seems more reliable and less prone to stupid self-defeating issues than most of the other automatic cat boxes I've tested recently, so until something better comes along I'll be keeping this one in service. Tentative thumbs up? It can be better, I just haven't seen better yet.
