I had just gotten it hooked up and one of my 3 kitties hopped right in. Setup was easy and it worked very smoothly. The initial timer for dumping the litter is 15 minutes, I set it to 2 minutes just to see it in action so in my video you can tell the litter wasn’t dried enough yet to clump and there’s a little streaking. I set the timer back to 15 minutes so that it has time to dry and I’m sure that will fix the issue I made getting hasty! The actual cleaning function is a lot louder than I thought it would be, however at rest it is completely silent as advertised. For that reason it’s 4/5 stars but it may be quieter in other people’s homes as mine is set on tile in an empty hallway so there’s really not much around to absorb the sound when it is running. The only other reason I rate it 4/5 stars is because it only holds 1 small bag of litter at a time, which for my 3 cats I usually would put 2 in the old box. It’s plenty deep enough I just know that for 3 cats I’ll be topping this off every couple of days easily, so being a tad deeper would probably be more helpful. I really can’t complain so far just preference issues, function-wise it is working exactly as advertised and that makes me extremely happy as someone who has to scoop a box twice a day to keep it clear and clean for the kitties. I have one in particular that will not use a dirty box so I HAVE to keep it clean or she will use the house instead of the box. This self cleaning function will keep her happy and that makes me and my nose very satisfied customers! I will update this review if I run into any issues since I haven’t had this litter box very long but if you don’t read anything after this know that all is well!

This litterbox is amazing and a live saver. Ihave 2 cats and this truly works as described. It is equipped with an auto and manual mode. You can also download an app to monitor it when away from home. The box senses when the cat enters and leaves, after about five minutes have passed the machine will self clean. It comes with bags for the tray as well as a mat for them to step out on and catch excess litter! I love the open top concept. If you are looking for a self-cleaning litter box, this is the one!

The litter box area is large, so there's plenty of room for the cat to get comfortable and the basket is large enough to handle 3 cats for 2 to 3 days. At this point we tried 3 other open top litter box and this one was definitely the easiest to clean. The one issue that made us return it, is that the removable tray sits low so there is a seam along that edge. One of our cats likes to do #1 along the edge of the box no matter how much area there is, and since there is a seem, it leaks through and into the floor. I was disappointed about this because otherwise, its a great automatic litter box.

Great litter box you just have to research the best litter to use. Hard clumping litter seems to be the best. As long as you clean it regularly with litter changes, including cleaning the blades, works like a dream
