This was the perfect purchase for me and my 10 year old kitty who is extra sensitive. I had no trouble at all setting up the device with very easy to follow instructions, and the whole system looks great and works perfectly! It was very easy to use the mobile app as well, I was able to set up the automated cleaning system pretty easily. This is way better then my current system that requires me to rake daily. The media could not be loaded. I’ve tried several types of automatic litter boxes before, but this one is by far my favorite. It’s the quietest model I’ve ever owned. My cat is very sensitive to noise, and with this unit, he feels completely comfortable using it. I also love that it tracks my cat’s weight automatically, giving me information into his health. Another huge plus is that it works with any clumping litter, so I’m not locked into buying a specific brand. I like corn cat litter. I am using clay and want to change to that one. It also does a great job controlling odors, keeping my home smelling fresh. The open design feels spacious for my cat, and the smart app controls make it easy to monitor and manage everything remotely. Overall, it’s well-designed, reliable, and cat-approved:) automatic litter box is always expensive.
