Assembly and Wi-Fi setup were quick and easy. The app is simple but works just fine. It’s only been about a week, but my cats and I already love it. One of my cats is a serious digger, so I do find some litter outside the box since it’s open, but that’s no big deal — I vacuum anyway. Honestly, this is SO MUCH BETTER than the overpriced, overrated LR3 that constantly malfunctioned. I was so frustrated I actually broke it (yes, slammed it). Worst $600 I’ve ever spent. I truly am torn with this litter box, it’s designed almost perfectly and it’s so effortless to use and quiet; however, the only flaw is that the cats make an absolute mess digging through the litter to find a “good spot” and it gets really messy. I also wish it was a bit bigger but it’s so convenient. I’ll check to see if they have another box that encloses the cat inside so they can’t make a mess. Everything else is great. It deserves its 5 stars though, it’s definitely worth the purchase.

I waited a while to write a review because I wanted to be a true review. I had a little robot that all of a sudden my cat stopped using. It was also brand new. And then I bought another automatic litter box that was about $500 and he didn't want to use that one anymore either. So I bought this one and he uses it constantly I even have it in a cabinet with curtains. Once in a blue moon it won't realize he used it and I have to unplug it and plug it back in but besides that it works great It works just as good as my litter robot. Except it's easier to clean

I have two cats and I'm disabled, I don't have the energy to scoop a litterbox! I bought this about 9 months ago when they were still little, and it's been a godsend! Even with two cats it can go about 5 days without needing to be changed. It rarely smells bad, and just to be sure I spray some litterbox poopouri in the bin whenever I change the bag. I got bags with drawstrings so it's super easy to change the bags. The cats like the open top box. They're siblings, and very close, and very weird, so sometimes they use the box together. I know! But, they like to be able to leap in and out of it and I like being able to look at it and see that it hasn't auto cleaned so it's time for me to change it. The app never sends me a notification when the bin is full like it's supposed to but I set a reminder to check it every 5 days and otherwise I just look at it and see that the litter is clean and level. I love that it weighs my kitties. I've been able to keep track of them as they grow. :) It was so easy to assemble, I did everything myself. It doesn't make a lot of noise, it's not as big as a major appliance like some others I've seen, and it's held up to two growing kittens jumping in and out of it and playing with it like it's a toy. For a while they liked to jump in and make it start to turn then jump back in really fast to make it stop. I thought for sure they were going to break it but it's been surprisingly durable. The sensor works very quickly so it's never trapped a mischievous idiot kitten inside, which is a huge relief. I feel so much better knowing they always have a clean litter box no matter how sick I feel or whether I'm going to be away from them all day. This was definitely worth the investment.

This is probably one of the worst automated litterbox due to basic design flaws. 1) if your cat is even remotely messy when using a regular box, avoid this one at all costs. When they kick up any amount of litter, it will collect in every single crevice available. It'll start to crunch and because of the open bottom design litter will fall under the box - not just around. 2) because the container at the bottom is not air sealed, the smell will escape. It won't be as bad as an open air box but it won't be as good as you want it to be. The bottom container basically just sits on top of the automation. There's no real attached rail or anything holding the box in place. Meaning if the box slides around or moves in any way, there's a chance the litter catcher will no longer be aligned to the catch. 3) it's not easy to replace / clean the litter. The litter likes to stick to the bottom of the liner. So when it goes to cycle, the clump is adhered to the bottom and it does not move without manual intervention which completely defeats the purpose of an automated box. When it comes time to replace the litter for fresh litter, there is no easy way to do this. You have to dump the top box on its side to even partially get the litter out and that might not work because of the grooves around the box. It's much more effort than what it's worth considering at least a regular box can be tossed and replaced much easier. Overall, I would not recommend this box if your goal is to have a easier cleanup and the ease of automation. I've owned this box for 3 months and I'm ready to toss it out. It's not worth it even on sale.

So far so good. We have 2 kittens and they weigh 3lbs so I'm leaving it in manual mode. The sensor doesn't work in that mode so I do have to stand and guard the box or hold the kittens while it does the job. It's nice to come home and press a button and just empty the bag 2 times a week. I like the open design instead of the barrel for the cleanliness. It's super quiet.

I love this automatic cat litter box! Not having to scoop litter anymore is amazing, and it makes things so much easier. Changing the dirty litter bin is simple, and there are no messes to deal with. It works great and has made daily cleanup so much more convenient.
