I love this. My cats liked it right away. Was pretty easy to put together and sturdy. I like how I can check on the app when my cats use it and see how much they weigh. Easy to use and keeps my room from smelling at all and it’s pretty quiet.

The self-cleaning function frequently freezes, and if the clumping litter sticks to the bottom even slightly, it doesn’t scoop it up properly, leaving the machine smelling awful. After just one day of use with two cats, the app’s usage records were completely chaotic—it was impossible to tell which cat did what. Assembly was a real hassle. For such an expensive automatic litter box, it can’t even handle basic usage tracking properly. I strongly advise against buying this! The app control is useless—it takes forever to connect every time, and the usage records are all garbled. It claims to be low-noise, but the sound of the bucket rotating in the middle of the night is jarring. I’m so disappointed! ... show more

Our cats love it. Easy to clean as it does basically all of the work. Keeps lingering odor minimal. Perfect size for my 4 year old cat and my 5 month old kitten. Both cats use it and love it. We purchased this after buying a slightly more expensive automatic litter box. This one is a bit less enclosed, and we wanted to accommodate the personalities of multiple cats. It seems that the majority of our furry friends actually prefer this litter box, which is a plus because, for the price, I will definitely be buying another one. Setup was a bit of a pain. The pieces didn’t fit as snugly as they should, and there are visible seams, which my symmetry-driven brain doesn’t love. That said, it’s very quiet and seems to be well made. I do like the open design, and I think that’s why the cats are using it more. My only issue so far is that it doesn’t level the litter properly. It leaves a large space in the front near the entryway uncovered. It seems like it doesn’t tilt far enough forward for the litter to slide down as it should. So far, it hasn’t caused any real problems, but my need for symmetry definitely notices it. ... show more

I love it! My cat also loves it. He couldn’t wait for me to put it together. As soon as I set it up he jumped right in. As soon as he saw it clean he watched it all night to see if it was going to do anything else. I think it’s a pretty nice one for the money. I wasn’t going to get one but when I saw the low price I took a gamble and I’m very glad I did. It’s so quiet, easy to put together, pretty durable also. I've owned several brands of auto-cat boxes including a li##er robot, for the money, this unit does everything expected, is quiet & convenient. It's made well & very stable. The unit size handles a 2 cat usage, requiring a weekly waste bag change. The only option missing compared to other mor expensive products is the app features, push notifications for errors would be nice. ... show more
