This is my first ever self cleaning litter box and I am in love. I was nervous at first, but my cats have taken an immediate liking to it. One of my cats is turning 20 this year, and she gets in and out no problem. My other cat is very picky and loves to choose the floor to potty on if she has anything left in her litter box. So far so good! I couldn’t stop laughing at the extremely large instruction manual - I love it, it will definitely be impossible for me to lose. The packaging was amazing, it was packed so securely and it was so simple to put together (even without the extremely large directions). My only issue I have is with the app. The weight of my cats are not being correctly weighed - and so I’m not sure which one of my cats are using the litter box. And then I receive malfunction notices. I did contact the seller and I’m waiting for a response but that’s the least of my concern. I give this product a 10/10 and have already recommended it to friends. ... show more

I got this litterbox when I had surgery to help make recovery easier since I couldn’t scoop. This litterbox is the worst thing that has happened to me, my home and my cat. She hates going in it and pees with her butt out the front so it doesn’t stay in the pan. It’s so difficult to clean it isn’t worth the convenience of the automation.     • Handy, easy to use liners.
Cleaning the litter box has always been one of my least favorite chores, but these liners have made it so much easier. They fit perfectly in my cat’s litter box, and the elastic edges keep them secure, so there’s no slipping or mess. I just set them up, fill the box with litter, and I’m good to go. When it’s time to change the litter, the drawstring design is a lifesaver. I just pull the strings, tie it up, and toss the bag. It’s quick, clean, and I don’t have to worry about spills or bad smells escaping. The bags are unscented, which I really like since scented ones can be overwhelming, especially for my cat. I was a bit unsure about how strong they’d be, but they’re sturdier than I expected. Even when the bag is full, it holds up without tearing or leaking. They’re not super thick, but they do the job well. Overall, these liners are super convenient and have made dealing with the litter box so much less of a hassle. I don't usually make reviews but this cat litter box. Honestly, I wish I went with a different brand. This hardly cleans. Can't sense my cat and trust me.. she's a heavy cat so it's weird that it isn't able to sense her. And when it does clean, it gets stuck and won't fill with litter again. Won't even clean as she leaves the litter box. I have to manually clean it by powering off and back on.. on the app all of the time. Total waste. ... show more
