I had a fridge, 10 cubic foot, that was considered a "mini" fridge lol. They first sent me a label to send it in for repair. Umm nope. Took a few calls, redoing the whole claim, and about a week or so but once they realized it was going to be shipped they immediately sent a gift card for the purchase price. TWO downsides, one, I would have preferred a repair tech rather than repurchasing but wasn't given an option, They emailed me saying they would reimburse and within 90 seconds I had the gift card, didn't get a say in it at all. Next issue is that I got it during a sale for a huge discount, to repurchase now it was 300 dollars more. I would have rather got a replacement outright. Again, wasn't given an option.

I made a mistake and destroyed my expensive earphones by accident and within two business days of them receiving the destroyed items they emailed a gift card. Amazing, highly recommended for your high ticket portable electronic devices. You never know.

Had problems with the Blackvue warranty and service an support after I reached a certain level in their process. It became a loop that went no where, so I turned to Assurion and after they recieved and reviewed the product and came to the same conclusion as I did, it failed, they gave me the ability to replace the camera with no difficulty. It became my "Hail Mary" action and I am good to go. It was worth it.
