Purchased the protection when buying hearing enhancers. The product was received without problem. However the right one would only charge to 90% and the left one fell into water and was damaged. A claim was filed mid December. There was no activity on my claim other than it was acknowledged. Over one month and 4 calls later due to the inability of Asurion to provide a shipping label and unbeknownst to me, the claim was assigned to another company for claim servicing. My claim has now been cancelled and started over with yet a different claim servicer. At least now I have a shipping label but am now waiting to be contacted by the second claim servicer. ARGHHH! Delay, delay, delay.

Plan detail is promptly emailed to me after purchase. I don't aware of the company brand but I researched online to see that it is a legit and possibly reputable one. I just ordered the protection plan along with the purchase a massage chair worth almost a $1000. The insurance costs is only 5% of the chair, so i think it is worth it to consider it as problem with mechanical and electronic device can arise suddenly anytime.

Still waiting on clock to set itself to the correct time. It is a Atomic clock. Might have to pull the batteries out and reset it. š¤ l have patience.
