I added this on to an Ace Magician computer I bought from Amazon and the video chip died a couple hours after receiving it, so didn't need this add-on warranty. When I contacted the company they were great and refunded my money right away no questions asked! I wish Amazon was that conscientious! Still waiting for my refund from them.

I love how easy it was and it was worth the price and I’m deafly with my new purchase. I got another protection plan on it and if I have to use it again, I will but if they are professional courteous and they let me know what was going on with my computer?

I spent many hours with different reps (according to plan) trying to fix my computer. They were all experts, easy to understand and patient. In the end they decided I needed to ship the PC back. They sent packaging and a label at no cost to me. After a series of "we're working on your repair" emails they gave up and issued me a refund with which I was very satisfied. I will use Assurion again!

First of all, it took 6 days for a shipping box to arrive. 3 days to arrive to them. 2ndly, they only send computer generated updates which have zero useful info. Chat people must be programed like a brainwashed idiot, they all say the same thing. Going on 4 weeks now and absolutely nothing. No updates, no chat responses that are worth any info. I'm still in the dark without a computer. No more Asurion warranties for me. Hopefully Amazon will offer different companies for extended warranties. Do your research.

My allegedly repaired computer was shipped back upside down in the box and completely destroyed. They paid out the claim limit with a gift card . I would have preferred a check I could pay my bills with, but I’m glad that I at least got something back for it. I didn’t really use tech support so I cannot judge that aspect of it, but I’m sure they do a great job.

Customer service listened and was very helpful. In fact, the service is the best that we have encountered in a long time to the point that I wanted to invest in the company. The computer was only 8 months old and still under manufacturer's warranty. The manufacturer told me to send it back to them and that parts and labor would be covered. The problem though was that packing the computer and shipping both ways would have cost $398.48 on something that cost only $499. Because the cost of return to the manufacturer was more than 50% of original cost, Asurion sent us the packing material and an outbound and return UPS label.
