I got the Asurion protection plan on my Roborock vacuum. When I started having issues with the vacuum I filled a claim, which was super easy. I shipped the vacuum system to Asurion service department. They could not fix my system so they provide a gift card to replace it. Within 2 weeks I had my new vacuum up and running. We had an issue with a vacuum that stopped working, sent it back to the Asurion team, and they determined that it couldn’t be fixed. They refunded us right away to purchase a new one. Thank you, it was quick and efficient!
