I haven't had these pans long and as most people know, non stick pans all fail. It's just a matter of time. But right now, the non stick properties are GREAT. These pans are very easy to cook in. I love the removable handle. This allows me to stack all of our pans together, in our lazy Susan without a bunch of handles banging around and interfering with its operation. If I had any complaint, it would be the thickness of the pans. These aren't commercial grade and are a little on the thin side so warping could be an issue down the road, but for the price, I don't know that you could expect any better. I'd still recommend these.

This is a great set for starting out or simply adding to/replacing what you have. It is a really lovely color and there is a lot in the box. The pans all stack really well together, along with the two plastic lids. As you would expect, the glass lids did not stack with it - but they are much flatter than other pan lids I have and it makes storing them really easy too. The two handles snap on and off all of the pans very easily and they are really secure which was a reassuring surprise. I am not going to be worried about that at all. The set comes with some thick felt dividers for storage, which is a thoughtful touch. Everything heats up fairly quickly and I put that down to them being fairly lightweight. As long as you take that into account, the weight is not affecting the quality of cooking. The clean-up has been really easy so far, nothing has burnt or stuck to them and what is on them, washes off really easy with a bit of dish soap. They do not recommend putting them in the dishwasher which is a shame, but not a big deal to me. I have not used the utensils with anything red yet - like pasta sauce, so I will update this once I have, because I am not sure if the sauce would stain the tools. Time will tell. The only thing I am not sure about is the two plastic lids, I am not sure what they are for. They are plastic so not lid for cooking, they are loose on top and do not 'seal' at all so are not for food storage, they are more like covers to keep anything out while the pot is sitting on the counter top I guess! I am really happy with this set and 100% recommend it.

I love this set of Astercook 23 Pcs Pots and Pans Set Non Stick, Ceramic Cookware Set with Detachable Handles. It is complete with several sized of pots and pans. Two lids with a silicone rim with a lip that help them stay in place. The tops also have a little cutout where the detachable handle goes and a small vent hole. You don't even need to take off the lid if you are using the handle on multiple pans at once. This set goes above and beyond with thick felt liners that you can place in the larger pieces in order to stack in the smaller pieces without damaging the larger pieces. They have also included some silicone utensils which are gentle on the cookware and easy to wash. I also prefer silicone over plastic because of the micro-plastic issue. I do hand wash the utensils because they have wooden handles. I use this set in my RV. Because the pans don't have handles attached, and I can use the two included handles on any pot or pan, I can fit two pans on my small 3-burner RV gas stove. This speeds up cooking time. Also, because they stack so well, they don't take up too much of my precious storage space in my small RV. Washing them is a breeze. These aluminum pans clean-up easily. Food doesn't stick to the cooking surface ike it would with stainless. I can also store leftovers right in the pans because they have also included two sizes of plastic lids. I can take food straight from the fridge, remove the plastic cover, to the stovetop or oven.

I live in a historic home that still has the original 1907 farmhouse porcelain sink. I've never owned a dishwasher so having to hand wash these pots and pans isn't an issue for me. I don't have a lot of cupboard space so I loved how these pots and pans are designed to nest inside each other and didn't take up a lot of room. They even included felt liners to protect them. This is my first set with detachable handles and I'm in love with how easy it is to transfer a pan from the stovetop to the oven. It's so much safer when I can remove a pan from the oven with a sturdy handle instead of a potholder. These pans are super non stick and heat evenly. They are so easy to clean which makes me so happy. Hand scrubbing pots and pans can be a chore but this set makes it a breeze to clean. I've used this set multiple times and omelettes, pancakes, chili, tacos and spaghetti sauce have all turned out perfectly. I'm so happy with my new cookware set. I really appreciate that it came with a set of nice utensils that are safe to use on the pans. I'd definitely recommend this set. Five stars!

These are good looking pans with all sorts of flexibility for ways to use them as pots and pans or storage items. They nest pretty well and the handles fit on all of them. The handles also attach on and off easily and yet feel very safe. I have had similar, but much more expensive, nesting pans for boats before, and the main difference between expensive ones and these is their weight. These are quite light aluminium, but they transfer the heat reasonably well. They are easy to clean and can be used in so many ways - I’m glad to have them.
