So I've had this set for a whole week (I wanted to be able to give an honest opinion). I absolutely love this set. I had a set from Gotham steel before this and absolutely hated it, but also learned how to cook with ceramic/detachable handles with that set. I noticed, this astercook set doesn't really come with instructions on use, so I'll share a bit that came in my last set that I'm using with these that will help this set last longer. First I see alot of others cooking with the handles attached, please do not do this. The handles need to only be used when moving the pot/pan. This is what causes it to burn. Also, the handle does not get submerged in water, so no dishwasher. Just use a washcloth and wipe it clean. You should use these pans with low/medium heat, and never preheat empty. It takes a little longer to cook your food, but it's totally worth it. This way the pans don't burn on the inside or the bottom. I also insist that you use silicone utensils with these, if you need a cheap set Walmart has the mainstays complete set in taupe that will match its $15. I didn't use the pan protectors with my last set, I'm using them with this set to prevent damage because I love this set. The grill pan easily fits 4 burgers, or 3 new york strip at a time. Which I'm so happy about. No more nights when someone has to eat a cold burger or steak waiting for the rest to finish cooking lol. They are pretty decent size, but I only cook for 4 people (one of those being a toddler) so I don't need anything big. I love the color of this set and I love the size of this set. It's truly non stick. It doesn't matter what you cook, ad long as you're using the instructions above, it will wipe clean with ease after every use. I was extremely hesitant about buying this set, but I'm so glad I got them the quality is beyond perfect. If by chance these ever become unusable I will buy another set. And if you're questioning whether or not to buy them or scared, based on others reviews, just read what I wrote, buy them, and be happy.

The handle burnt oddly enough. So badly that it’s no longer useable. Since I only ordered one set only one handle came with it. Now I’m out a handle completely.

Absolutely loving my new cookware. Easy to clean, easy to use, nothing has been sticking. The removal of the handle is a dream come try when trying to wash pans in a small kitchen sink. Seems to evenly distribute the heat through out the pans. Already have been telling family and friends that this should be their next purchase.

I really like the quality and concept of these. It does make stacking away very easy and the handles are very secure when you clip them on. I also like that there are no rivets on the inside for food to get trapped. My only complaint is that they are discoloring after just a few months use. I cleaned them right after using them but the cream colored is starting to turn more of a dark color and some discoloration. I was not able to remove.
