I switched from a brand name product to these. These are better. They fit well and are a little bit lighter in the body and are more comfortable. They seem to absorb faster also. And they are less expensive. I will be buying regularly now.

I recently made the switch from pads to disposable pants after several years of not-quite-good-enough coverage. It was a difficult transition, because no one wants to truly admit they have a problem with incontinence. I suffer from urinary urgency and pads were great for a long time. But my weakening bladder began putting the pads to the test, and I began experiencing unacceptable & uncomfortable leaks. I tried a major brand of underwear first and they weren't bad. But I found they were very irritating to my skin. The protection was awesome though! I felt SO much more secure than when wearing pads I knew I was on the right track. After researching everything available, I realized cost would def be a consideration. Disposable pants are more expensive than pads. So I figured it was a no brainer to give Amazon brand another try. They had provided me with a great quality pad for many years, at a very affordable price. So why not? I bought the XL as recommended by the chart and the fit is perfect. I like the construction. They feel soft, stretchy - but sturdy, and not like they are liable to fall apart at any moment. The material is just the right thickness. After you have them on for an hour or so, they just feel like underpants. The leg openings are somewhat high cut, but that's ok for me. I have always bought high cut panties, so once again - perfect. There is no obnoxious perfuming to these pants which I'm grateful for. I imagine that is what caused the burning skin irritation in the other brand. Still I'm not finding odor to be that much of a problem. It's only natural for urine to have odor. But it is absorbed and contained in such a way that the smell is minimal. I can't say I've tried every brand on the market. But I read plenty of reviews by folks who say they have - and still ended up buying Amazon. So I couldn't be better satisfied. Excellent product, great price, and I have the added security I need. Look I know it's hard to buy this kind of product. Nobody wants to feel like they are losing control of their life; and incontinence is exactly that, if anything is! But you really need to take this bull by the horns and manage it. There is never shame in caring for yourself and your personal dignity. Being in denial and walking around in wet clothes is 1000 times worse. You will get used to wearing these pants pretty fast, as I did. And chances are, you won't ever want to go back to life without them.

These are very nice quality, comfortable and not bulky. However they run big. I ordered these for use postpartum, my normal size in clothing is XL so I ordered that size. They basically fell right off me! Confidence booster yes, but will need to size down. Overall still happy with the product.

I had my first baby a month ago and i LOVED these!! The ones they offer you in the hospital are honestly awful. They’re so cheap and don’t stay on very well. These are so comfortable and make recovery a little bit easier! Pair this with some detmaplast and tucks pads and you’re set!

Size up! You don’t want it to feel so tight down there. My mistake. I went with a medium and I weighed 185 during that time. I did have enough room to have the built in pad and wear an ice pack. But still alittle tight around the area. It really absorbed everything I needed.

The size was excellent and fit was good., but the quality was lacking. The side seams often split before I was ready or needed to change. Had to be extremely careful to not put a finger through the material. I even cut my fingernails very short to help deal with this issue. Materials seemed cheaper than I was used to with my normal brand.

At times when out & about I could not reach a rest room in time and had embarrassing "accidents" this made me fear to leave the house! I now wear Basics and can feel confidante when I am away from home and do more activities now. I am happy that cost for this brand is more reasonable than other known brands, is comfortable and still does the job !

We bought these when the brand on our subscription was unavailable. We wanted a cheap option to tide us over until we could get our brand the next month. After using these for a few days, we cancelled the other subscription and subscribed for these instead. We had a few issues with the brand underwear that were no longer a problem with the Amazon brand. - The branded underwear tore sometimes when my husband transferred me to my wheelchair. This underwear doesn't tear during transfer. - The branded ones frequently leaked on the sides when I slept on my back. That has not happened with these. Amazon's are brief-shaped, while the brand looked more like grannny panties. Amazon's center panel was more absorbent and shaped to keep fluids from leaking out of the sides. - The Amazon price was significantly less than the brand. We're paying less and getting a better product. It was a no-brainer to change our subscription.
