Just came and I ordered it the day before yesterday. Just used it. High suction power, I used one clean water tank and had to dump one dirty water bucket. I did a twin mattress. Took out almost all the stains . The machine is not heavy. Clean up was easy too. Dirty tank rinses clean.

Great little carpet cleaner! The hose and cord are plenty long enough. The vacuum seems to work quite well in sucking up the laid down water simple to use. I like the tank has two different levels,depending on how big your area is. The cleaning solution suprised me due to the fact that you use only a small amount, which is great! Should last quite a while. Although I’ve only used it one time, I was quite impressed. It wraps up nicely. Some people have complained about the hose, not wrapping correctly, but I noticed if you wrap it around the base once before you hook it in the hose holder, the rest of the hose wrapped around an additional time and snaps nicely into the holder design for the handle and the brush. ... show more

Bought for charging 48v lifepo4 batteries before hooking up to my system. Guess I'll be ordering a eg4 chargverter.

Works pretty good. The hose should last longer than my old spot bot as its made out of a different plastic. The spot bot had a clear vinyl hose with an embedded wire spiral to keep it from collapsing. That one was more flexible but split after a few years. This one is a corrugated plastic of some kind so its a little stiffer but not enough to pose an issue (I expected that but it shouldn't ever split). Cord and hose are good length and store well on the unit for easy transport. Easier to clean than the last one I had and has good suction. I would definitely buy again. ... show more

Well, I received the product yesterday, read the manual and proceeded to set it up to use. All the parts seem to work except when it went to suck up the liquid from the carpet and run it to the dirty water container there was no dirt?? And the carpet was still dirty and it seem to move it around in a bigger area now?? Very weird it just took the clean water ran it through the hose sucked it up and the water in the dirty water container was perfectly clear and it’s supposed to be dirty. I also did not like, all the plastic parts, especially the ones for holding the electric cable. I contacted customer service, which is very bad, and he didn’t know what to do so he said return it.
