This pastel blue is nice. Make sure to let it sit for more vibrant color that will last longer. We used “bleach please” 1st (color block sections left 1/2 virgin hair), washed with purple shampoo and then added color to parts of the bleached sections. So, 3 color blocks: natural medium brown, bleached blonde & this blue. Finished with purple conditioner. Fades out into pretty lighter blues…washed daily with color safe shampoo & conditioner. ... show more

This is more of a greenish-blue and you MUST have extremely lightened hair or else it will look washed out. We are big fans of Artic Fox colors but this one just didn't work like we were hoping.

This did not work at all. I purchased the cotton candy dreams color. Followed all directions and after the final rinse there was no color left on the hair at all. Very disappointing

Used Arctic fox for YEARS! I really want lilac hair so I used the suggested 50% frose and 50% cotton candy. Didn’t come out as expected but still pretty.
