Review Content: I purchased these headset to use with my desktop computer for conference calls, and I am thoroughly impressed with their performance. Here's a deep dive into what makes these headphones stand out from the competition. Sound Quality When it comes to sound, these headset exceed expectations. They offer a rich, balanced audio experience with crisp highs, detailed mids, and deep, punchy bass. Build and Design The Arama boast a sleek and robust design, ensuring they not only look good but are also durable enough for daily use, with high-quality materials used throughout, contributing to their premium feel and reliability. Comfortable Comfort is also a key factor for me, and these headphones deliver on that front as well. The ear muffs are incredibly comfortable and fully cover my ears, which not only enhances the listening experience but also helps to block out distracting external noises. Whether you're working from home, or just enjoying your favorite tunes, these headphones will not disappoint. They also send a type-c Adapter to use with my cell phone, Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend these headphones to anyone looking for a high-quality, versatile audio solution for both mobile and desktop use.

I purchased this headset for work. I do work from home and sometimes I need privacy so I can’t have music or my Skype/Zoom calls going out through the speakers so the whole family can listen in. I didn’t even realize this can be used to listen to music also as it is also a speaker ear set so even when I’m not on a call the music from my computer plays through it. Which means this has dual functionality! Now I want to get one that has speakers on both ears. I like the color scheme of the gold and black and the mic quality and speaker sounds crisp in my opinion. It also so comfortable to wear. Overall, I’ve got good value out of this in terms of quality and performance at a good price.

Using these for the first time tonight - I work from home and have struggled to find a headset that didn't hurt my ears. I purchased the one ear set this time. So far it's fairly comfortable. The sound quality is pretty good and the microphone seems to work really well without a lot of background noice. My one complaint with this one is that if you touch the cord closest to the headset you can hear it through the headset, which is kind of annoying. This is also true if the cord rubs against your clothing or anything like that. This doesn't happen with the lower part of the cord beyond the volume control, just the top portion of the cord. The volume controls are easy to operate and the buttons are larger, which is a nice feature.

These call center style headphones are great for those that work from home. With the one ear on, one ear off approach, I am able to keep these on all day as well as communicate with family without taking them off. I tested the mute and volume controls they work perfectly as well. To setup I just used the usb straight into my laptop and selected the headphones in Windows settings, less than a minute and I was rolling! Highly recommend for those with a high call volume in the work day. They feel durable in hand, the on system button functionality of mute and volume controls keep you from hunting for those on screen / keyboard, and they sound great. Great value for the money! Note they come with an additional usb c connector as well.

Plug and play, all my software recognizes it. I move from station to station and have never had to try to get it to connect. The mute button is much easier than clicking mute when conferencing and the volume is easy to adjust. I like the single ear speaker, some coworker don’t but that’s a personal preference. I’m completely happy with this headset. THE COVERING OF THE EAR PIECE IS COMING APART. SIMPLE OFFICE USE AND BETTER THAN AVERAGE CARE HAS NOT KEPT THIS FROM WEARING OUT FASTER THAN I WOULD EXPECT. OTHER HEADSETS BOUGHT AT THE SAME TIME ARE DOING JUST FINE (SEE MY OTHER REVIEWS).

After choosing this headset, the whole experience has been improved a lot. The sound of the headset is clear and the sound quality is very good. Whether it is voice communication in the meeting or the sound effects in the game, you can hear it clearly. Especially in remote meetings, the microphone effect of the headset is also very good, and the noise filtering function is very good. Even when there is a lot of background noise in my home, the sound is still clear and there is no noise.

I bought this for my work-from-home job, because it resembled a headset my employer provided but has seen better days. The good: The headset is very comfortable. The controls are easy to press and large enough that you're not hitting more than one button at the same time with a fingertip. I'm told I'm coming through clearly with no noise. The not-so-good: The sound is very muffled, and I'm constantly having to clarify what I think I've heard. I also need to have the volume on high all the time just to hear my callers. I can hardly make out the soft-spoken callers and it's been frustrating for them. I'll keep this as something to use as backup for the better headset I'll be getting. EDIT: The seller, Audimore, reached out to me and advised that I could get either a replacement or a full refund. They even sent a follow-up when I didn't respond (I hadn't checked my emails yet). I didn't expect the company to care, so this effort to make things right really impressed me. I had already purchased a different set of headphones, so I followed the directions for a refund from arama-tech. Arama-tech's customer service was not as impressive, which is forgivable. What irked me was that a PayPal account is required to get a refund, and the 'full' refund comes with a handling fee. Because of this, I'm changing my two stars to one.
