  • Great sound and Great features
Style: PlayStation Color: Black
Really solid pair of gaming headphones. So first off having the DAC that comes with a spare battery to be able to quick swap when they die is the biggest reason i got this headset as my charging where I play is hard as there isnt a wall plug where I sit and the console is to far to run a cable to it so having the battery swap is next level and should be a standard on more high end headsets. They are nice and comfy and light but the cups are a big on the smaller size and my bigger ears can get sore after long sessions as they are up against the edge of the cushion. ANC is ok. It's nice to have as a bonus and I could see it being nice if you have alot of noise in the play space where you are but really I think it drives the price of the device up and is no where close to the best ANC I have in the house. The DAC is really nice being able to mix gameplay and chat on the fly and when using console you have a custom EQ to set or use a bunch of baked in EQ's that are for tons of games. If you are on PC using the GG app makes you have tons of other features as well like more advanced EQ and spatial audio as well along with a bunch of other things allowing you to really fine tune all aspects of audio. Microphone is my big weakness here as it's not great but also not the worse but my old HyperX that cost like 100 are years better for mic sound. I do like that the mic retracts flush into the headset but you have to kinda play with settings because it seems like you are either to quite or way to loud. Last a features that I did not think would be used but being able to have 2 device connected at the same time using the DAC and then having Bluetooth on the headset. So you can listen to your phone like music or whatever and then also have your game and chat going on the console or pc which is neat. Sometime I want to play a chill game and listen to a video and before I would either have to play the video out loud and remove an ear from the headset or you have to have a ear bud and its not the worst but you are not getting the full audio of either the video or the game. But being able to seamlessly connect to 2 devices is amazing. Then last for those who have multiple devices like xbox and ps5 or pc you can have 2 devices plugged into the DAC which then lets you quickly swap between them so if you are done with the Xbox you do not have to change headsets or get up and move a dongle around it will swap for you when the device turns of and the other off. ... show more

  • Reasonable price for the feature set
Style: PlayStation Color: Black
I’ve used these for a few hours so far, and they’re pretty good. The audio quality and ability to connect multiple devices using the base station and play simultaneous bluetooth is pretty incredible, especially if you are playing console games that do not allow music to be played in the background. The mic is sufficient for what I need and better than my other headsets The removable batteries are very handy since you can just swap them out when they run low and replace them as they age, so you shouldn’t have more than thirty seconds of downtime if the battery dies. The ANC doesn’t seem to be very strong, but these are headphones you should wear and use at home or in an office environment. So, it isn’t an issue. Plus, overly strong ANC can be bad as it often overcorrects and produces loud noises to counter ambient noise. The headphones do have a charging port in case you are traveling without the base station so you aren’t reliant on the charging slot in the base station, however it is behind a removable cover and a bit inconvenient to use. I believe this was just a convenient position, but it also encourages you to swap the battery out meaning you should get even wear between the batteries. I have little to say about the build quality, the ear cups are fine, despite my larger than average ears. They feel relatively solid and better built than my Bose QCs, while having more features and less glitchiness. I do think that the pleather feels iffy for the price, but replacement ear cups are cheap and easy to install. Overall, these are good for the price. I almost got the arctis nova elite, but realistically the arctis nova pros are as much as I need and once you go beyond this price point the competition becomes much stiffer. ... show more

  • A Whole different level of gaming-- this one makes others look like trash
Style: PlayStation Color: Black
The SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro Wireless isn’t just an upgrade—it’s in an entirely different league. After owning multiple wireless Alienware gaming headsets, I honestly didn’t expect anything to surpass them by this much, but the Nova Pro Wireless does it effortlessly. The sound quality is unreal: crystal‑clear highs, rich mids, and deep bass that stays clean even at higher volumes. The 360° spatial audio makes every footstep, reload, and environmental cue feel incredibly precise, giving you a real competitive edge. The active noise cancellation is another standout. It blocks out background noise better than any gaming headset I’ve used, and the hot‑swap dual‑battery system means you literally never have to stop playing. The multi‑system connect feature is a game‑changer—switching between PC, console, and Bluetooth is instant and seamless. Where Alienware headsets felt good, this one feels elite. The comfort, the build quality, the audio engineering, the customization—everything is tuned to perfection. It’s the first headset I’ve used that genuinely feels like a premium audio device, not just a gaming accessory. For anyone who wants top‑tier wireless performance, this is absolutely worth it. It’s the best headset I’ve ever owned, hands down. ... show more

  • Extreme Variation in Quality
Style: PlayStation Color: Black
Incredibly variable performance. A friend of mine has this exact headset, and their microphone sounds great. However, my experience was akin to an Xbox 360 TurtleBeach headset. Also, the audio was incredibly flat and lackluster out of the box. To achieve any depth or "good" sounding audio, you must use SteelSeries' Sonar, which is it's own failure. ... show more

  • Really good quality but with a few down sides for my needs
Style: PlayStation Color: Black
Pros: Premium built quality with great audio. Love the battery swap system. Better audio than the Razer Blackshark v3 Pro. Great ANC. Cons: Too small for my ears. I tried aftermarket pads which helped with the depth but the holes are still too small. Needs the app to get the full feature. The play/pause button only works if connected via bluetooth but not through 2.4ghz. ... show more
