I was pretty excited to get this speaker and get it installed. I drilled a few holes in the bottom and mounted it to a plate on the back of my ATV lounger seat. Get everything settled and plugged in and the right speaker is distorted at low volume and pops and cracks if you turn it up past 50%. Now I am unable to return since I drilled a few holes in the bottom and threw the original box out. Here is what the return policy states: 1. Please note we need all original accessories and their manufacture box. 2. Please ship the item in a separate box that has protective packaging that will adequately protect your return package. We will not be held liable for any damages that occurred during transit that may lead to an unapproved return for repair, exchange, or refund. DiscountCentralOnline has released and enforced a policy. Going forward it is required that all RA requests conform to the new policy. Every unit must be bench tested before it leaves your location. All units will be tested upon arrival. If no problem is found the unit will be sent back at the customer's cost and no refund, no replacement or no repairs will be issued. In a situation where the customer no longer wants the item, a 20% Restocking fee and a service charge will be deducted from the original amount paid by the buyer. Please make the necessary adjustments. IMPORTANTLY, DEFECTIVE OR NON-DEFECTIVE All Items should be returned in complete good/ well-packed condition. Failure to comply with our Terms and Conditions may lead to UNAPPROVED RETURNS. 1st off let me state that love the addition of this to my rancher makes riding so much more enjoyable. Okay for the review of the product itself the description is misleading at best. If you are some what familiar with sound systems and amperage you can definatly tell this is not 700 watts, maybe 350 400 tops. I have a 600 watt LG FH06 in my bed room that will blow this unit clean out of the water. Sounds great but not 700watts . And speaking of water i pulled my atv home in a light sprinkle not heavy nor long but when i unloaded the storage compartment let in water and the next day the led panel had condensation on the inside. I also replaced those half as straps that let the speaker slide and jump around with some rhino ratcheting straps, night and day difference. My last gripe is that i dont have a 12v outlet on my atv so i have to use the straight wire adapter included. iits great that they include it but there is a red light that stays on all the time while plugged that will drain your battery when not in use so i have to lift my seat everytime to plug and again to unplug when im done. I do plane to add a on off switch soon. The speaker dose sound great and has very long bluetooth connection 50 feet easy. Led's are very bright. Got mine for 248 shipped new so all and all i would purchase (at that price) again. I just know what to expect this time. ... show more

Install was mostly easy. Hardest part was mounting thumb controls. Sound is good. Plenty loud to hear while casual riding. I am hard hearing at times, and I have installed sound systems in or on all my vehicles for the last 30 years. So my opinion is that it’s not the best. But it’s probably the best setup you are gonna get for the money. LED light works good. The thumb controls light up nicely to see easily at night. Only had it a few days but will up date if needed. ... show more
