    • Supplied hose arrived all bent and kinked, almost unable to use it.

This pump does what it should do. I only have a minor issue as the supplied hose was crumpled up and jammed into a small box alongside the pump. I didn't think much about this as I thought it would straighten out no problem. Days later the pump was barely able to move water, just a trickle was coming out the end of the hose. About one cup of water every five minutes. I almost thought the pump was defective until I discovered that the areas of the hose that were bent in the box were crimped together so tight that water could almost not pass through it (even though the hose was straight). I worked on getting all the crimps out of the hose and the water returned to pumping great. Two days later it was back to a trickle. The hose had crimped again, in the same areas that it was crimped from being in the box. To be honest I would have preferred that no hose had been supplied with the pump as I had to just go buy some from Home Depot that was not all bent and crimped. I was so close to returning this pump thinking it was broken. So even though this pump comes with some hose, don't count on being able to use it aside from doing some basic testing. ... show more
