It has several programs I can go thru which change the pace and direction of my movement, or if necessary if I am not up to that I can just use a cycle that will keep one slow pace thru the whole program so at least I still can get in some movement. This fits under my desk and during my 10 hour shift it sure comes in handy! I like that it moves your legs with very little effort and it goes thru a cycle of speeds. So far day 2 loving it!

Both bought this for my mother-in-law. She is bedbound and we bought it so she can get some movement in her hips and knees. It works perfect and she likes it. The multi speed motor is great. I do highly recommend this product. The only issue I have, which leads to the four stars and not five, is the rotation is small. I just wish there was a larger gear so there was a wider range of motion. ... show more
