Been looking in store and on line for something sturdy but not massive. We are both seniors and wanted it for walking, not running. This fit the need as its prefect for her (5.2) and ok for me (6.2). Also wanted the long side handles and they work fine. Came on time and was easy for my son and I to set up in about an hour. Not hard to do, just heavy for setting up. The media could not be loaded. This machine was easy to assemble. I have very little space but very little urge to go to a gym or even go outside.Once I got on the machine, it is very similar to cross-country skiing motion. For our budget and expected use, this was perfect. We planned on walking with light running just to get us through the cold months so when spring came around, we weren't months behind getting in shape. We are all about 5'7-ish and about 175 and this machine moves without a problem. Sturdy, solid and no whining from the motor. Took about 35 minutes to put together with two people. Could have been less but my 16 year old "helper" gets distracted by everything so I had to keep getting his attention back. Great machine and definitely the money! ... show more

I like the quietness of the equipment and a good slow speed to strengthien the heart after an open heart surgery. Problem withe hole alignment being not exact line up, like they were in a hurry to finish drilling. It takes a little working to get it together it but it will go together eventually. I liked everything about it it is very stable I can finally walk on a without holding the side handles. the belt is wide and it gives you just what you need 2 get your exercise in, it gives the time your calories your pulse your distance and your speed and it does inclined too but I did not need to Incline.Easy setup and heavy duty.
