Just received today (07/19/25), and so far, so good. Assembly was surprisingly straightforward. Although it came with directions, I watched the YouTube video that made a bit more sense to me. I like that it came with the necessary tool to use on the screws. I'll give it some time, but like I said, so far, so good. The build quality is really good. Having assembled it, sitting in it is 1000000000% percent better than a different chair I just replaced after five years. The seat is cushiony, and the lumbar support is pretty good. It's comfortable because it's a little wider than the ordinary office chair which gives me some wiggle room. I like that the armrests go up and down. It even rolls well on my carpet. All in all, I'd save it's a good solid functional quality chair -- especially for the price. ... show more

I purchased 2 of these chairs, one in white and one in brown. the white one has arms that will move up and out of the way, the brown one does not... I also got the brown one with the foot rest. I needed my chair ( white one) to have th arms that moved up and out of the way, my husband likes to put his arms on a arm rest so this wasn't a issue for us...They are very easy to put together, The seats are nice and big and surprisingly comfortable, ( both myself and my husband are plus size people , I'm 185 and my husband is 240) I do have a back support on my husbands chair for his lower spine issues and I do have a seat cushion on mine as well as I have tailbone/rectal pain that I've had for years, I normally have to sit slightly forward to find any comfort, I'm able to sit all the way back in this chair!!! it's wonderful... Would I buy this chair again??? Yes, Yes I would. will up load photos as soon as my cell phone corporates. lol ... show more

Items is cheaply made, no comfortable at all,with movement is makes cracky sounds.I wouldn’t recomended, and deffiently wouldn’t buy it again.

I like the style of this chair. Much more comfortable than the basic table chair that I was using. lol. I’ve only had this chair for about 2.5months so I can’t say how good the longevity of it is yet. But so far so good. :)

Chair is fine. Arrived as described. No problems with assembly. Parts and hardware labeled well. Would have given the chair 5 stars but during assembly I noticed a cover plate on the side of the armrest was missing. The missing part was in the plastic bag that the armrest had been packaged in. Upon inspection I noticed that one of the two small plastic tabs that connected the plate to the armrest was broken off. I snapped the piece in place but with one of the tabs missing, it doesnt sit flush. I texted the number on the sellers site two times over a week and a half and.... crickets. With the chair assembled, I did not wish to take it apart and return it but would have really liked to get a replacement part for the piece that was broken. Not only havent received the part, haven't even received a reply. This is not Amazons fault or resonsibility. It is the seller. If/when they give me the courtesy of a reply, I will amend my review. Until then, take your chance. You can get a could product but if theres a problem with it, dont expect any help addressing it. 5 for the chair, 1 for the seller. ... show more
