A chair for a king. I thought I was big and tall until I put this awesome chair together. Is wide comfy and my thighs don’t hang out side the cushion. I LOVE it. One thing I would recommend to all customers is to have some help so the assembly process goes faster and smoother. But love the chair . Great value the sturdiness is great so no wobbling , is firm just right ; the arm rest feel wonderfully and the adjustment is on point.

I'm a heavy guy and finding a comfortable chair has been very difficult. The build quality & materials used in this chair are great (especially when comparing it to some of the way more expensive chairs like the secret labs and Mavix). The seat is super cushioning, and I love that it has the mesh back and head rest. I can sit cross like it in it comfortably and everything is very nice. This is the chair that I've been looking for. My only complaint (which isn't a real complaint just something to know) is that if you were a shorter person, it is a very big seat so you might need a cushion to prop yourself up in order to be able to have some type of lumbar support because the back rest is pretty far back and you may need a foot rest because the chair does sit relatively high up. Not a big deal for me because I already had a foot rest and also I like to sit cross legged in the chair other than that it's great.

Update June 2025: Raised rating to 4-stars because the vendor offers outstanding after sales support and cares about customer satisfaction. The company changed wheel vendors since my original purchase which was a great idea. The new type of wheels have a plastic shiny emblem and two of the replacement wheels sent to me had these decorative pieces almost immediately sheer off, leaving sharp edges, so I can't give this five stars. The company gave me credit to buy my own replacement wheels. These blade style wheels all over Amazon often have some issue, like struggling on carpets or collecting pet fur, but these do work on my rugs. Next time, I hope the vendor skips the decorative design element and just chooses the strongest and highest quality basic wheels they can find, avoiding plastic parts. Earlier reviews: I have owned this chair since July 2024 and although very comfortable, it has one very fatal flaw - the cheap and flimsy plastic wheels. For the second time I have had to contact the company for a replacement star base and new wheels. It was disappointing to see a critical part made of plastic, which is a sure point of failure for a big and tall chair. When the plastic connector breaks, the wheel will fall off the chair leaving its stem connector stuck in the star base, where it can be impossible to remove because when the wheel detaches it deforms the star base. The company was receptive the last time to fixing the problem but I am sad to say I am back a second time with another warranty claim. This is a design flaw that needs to be addressed and I see it is a common point of failure for several customers.

I LOVE THIS CHAIR!!!! For reference, I am 5'7' and a little on the chunkier side weighing 260. I work from home and sit at my desk at least 8 hours a day. I have been through 3 different chairs in about as many years and wish so much I found this one sooner!! I have neuropathy in my left thigh and my hips usually hurt pretty badly at the end of the day. I wanted a chair that didn't have arm rests that dug into my thighs and had a seat that came up to the back of knees. This chair meets both needs. It is a huge chair with lots of cushion and support in the seat and in the back. My feet do not touch the floor when I sit all the way back in it but I have a foot rest that is just perfect with this chair. My hips no longer hurt and I am able to work longer when needed. I highly highly recommend this chair!! It is worth the money and my husband was able to put it together in about 20 minutes. It's is extremely sturdy and rolls really well. I couldn't be happier with my purchase!!

Initial review after using for 2 days: This chair truly is BIG. I was looking for a chair that was a little wider than average (on my last chair, the arms dug into my thighs just enough to be uncomfortable) and had a nice high weight limit (a lot of chairs stop at 250 lbs and I needed higher than that) and this fit the bill. I also liked that it had a mesh back and seemed to have a good amount of padding. This chair is no joke BIG! It is wide, it is deep, and the arm rests are tall. I feel like a little kid sitting in it. It feels very sturdy and is very comfortable. For reference, I am 5'7" and I do feel like the seat is probably a little deeper than what is ideal for me (not the seller's fault - I didn't pay attention to the depth, just the width). It's not uncomfortable, but I find myself having to scootch back into it - and because the wheels are so luxuriously smooth, I also have to kind of brace the chair while doing so! Luckily, I am just in my home office, so no one sees me but the dog. The armrests are also just a little high for me as well, but again, not uncomfortably so. I'd rather deal with a chair that's a little too big than a little too small. But if you are taller, both these features are going to be great for you! The support on this chair is great so far. The seat is thickly cushioned but firm, the waterfall edge is comfortable, and the back support is great. The armrests are nicely padded and comfortable. The headrest is nice but I did end up removing it after trying it - I often wear my hair up in a clip so it hit against the headrest, but that is a personal thing. Otherwise, I think I would actually like it a lot. My husband put it together himself pretty easily. Note - the plastic screw cover for the headrest fits VERY snug-ly; if you think you might remove the headrest, do NOT put the plastic cover on. Overall, I'm really pleased with this chair so far and seems like great quality for the price.
